Despite being understaffed due to a couple of call-outs, the Apple specialist went above and beyond to assist my Dad with the purchase of a Mini Mac and all the necessary cords. The Mac mini with M2 chip, 8GB, 256GB SSD has proven to be an awesome computer, delivering exceptional speed and performance. The specialist was not only professional and friendly but also managed to help multiple customers simultaneously. It was impressive to witness such efficient and dedicated service. Kudos to the Apple specialist for turning what could have been a challenging situation into a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. “Good value and lots of styles to choose from in a very large store! Go foicused on what you need or you'll be overwhelmed with inventory. I worked with Jett who helped find the perfect pieces for my new home. RCW gives you 2 weeks to decide if you still want the furniture-appliance. If not they pick it up for a refund. Now that is customer satisfaction! Delivery was good too though a small scratch on my front door, paint covered it.”

I always come across an issue trying to get my fence stain as it apparently is no longer in their system in the normal spot. So it requires a little research. She knew exactly how to pull up the color and showed the other employee for the future. I have gone to several other stores and they can never figure it out. “This review is for the flooring department and the fantastic ladies who helped me out. I love that Home Depot usually hires people who know their stuff. I am in the process of doing a renovation project in Sacramento, but I live up here towards Auburn. Even though the flooring cannot look up my schedule number or edit my flooring here in auburn since the project is in Sacramento Home depot. I am happy that they were so helpful in helping me choose and look at samples even though their hands are tied. Two different females working in flooring, they even directed me to which ones are much better rated with the customers, which ones were waterproof, which ones had complaints. That really helps me in deciding the brand and type of flooring I want to put into my home. I even showed pictures to of the house I was renovating and got advise on other things I should do, which were fantastic ideas! I came home with a bunch of samples that I can take with me when I meet with the flooring department at home depot in Sacramento. I am armed with the knowledge of what exactly I want to do now, before I even talk with the Sacramento flooring department. Thank you!”
