“What a fantastic place to shop for yourself or for a special gift. They carry Nora Fleming products and have a vast knowledge of her products and collectibles. I enjoyed looking at all the Nora Fleming Mini's they have on display. The store is located in an easy to access location with plenty of parking. You will find local jams and sauces as well as chocolates and toffee. The kitchen selection is great. They have a selection of Chopulas in a rainbow of colors. It's a spatula and a chopping tool. Brilliant! Stop in this place but allow yourself at least an hour or two as there are many things to catch your eye. Clever kitchen towels, cards, soaps, candles, jewelry, purses, milestone birthday markers for your cake! Just get you butt over there and check it out. You will find yourself returning and bringing your friends!”

“Fire & Rain Gallery is an adorable little art, furniture, jewelry, and home goods boutique located at 705 Sutter Street. Most of the items in the store are created by local artists, but a few come from national artists. The pieces are very eclectic. I've seen everything in this gallery from clocks, to Lazy Susans, to a steel stripper statue suspended from the ceiling by a swing on chains. No matter what your price range is, there is something for you here. The jewelry pieces are stunning, and most of it is affordable. If anyone is looking for a last minute Mother's Day gift for a woman with great taste, Fire & Rain Gallery just might have what you're looking for. It would be impossible to decide what my favorite item in the store is, but I absolutely adore their selection of artsy clocks. They also have handbags, wallets, and all kinds of other accessories. When fact-checking for my review, I found out some interesting information about the gallery. It originally opened at 609 Sutter Street, where Citizen & Vine is now located, in 1994. By 2011, the gallery had moved to El Dorado Hills, but in 2017, they came back to Folsom, just down the street from where they had been before. An old, deleted review on an old, deleted Yelp page describes "the upstairs as magical." I can't imagine Fire & Rain with an upstairs, or being just up the street from Planet Earth Rising, but it looks like that's where it used to be. The new location is sort of long and narrow (and is only one story, as far as I know). The gifts and jewelry are in the front room, which is the largest. The room behind that has mini rooms sectioned off on each side, which is where most of the smaller art pieces are usually kept. In the back of the gallery, natural light shines through a window with stained glass panels around its edges. An orange tree sits just on the other side of the window, like natural art. The back room is usually my favorite, since this is where the larger furniture pieces are kept. There are also several pieces in this room by an artist who paints NorCal forests in this magical, surreal manner. If I had $700 to spend on a painting, I would buy one of those. Overall, the art is well-chosen, the ambiance is outstanding, and the employees are friendly. This is one of my favorite shops on Sutter Street.”

“This shop is CLOSED! I checked the site online and it said it was open today, but when we got there, it was an empty space. I was so disappointed. Fortunately, I called the store in Roseville. Mary was wonderful! She had no idea that their old location was still showing and would work on it. I'm looking forward to taking a trip just to see the new space.”

“Quaint little shop converted from an old ice cream parlor. I visited on their special opening of this year's Christmas selection. They had food and drinks set out for everyone and it was all very nice. They even had a mural of a snowy town on the windows in white window marker.”

“U.S. Artisan Marketplace is a beautiful little shop in downtown Auburn. The owner, Carolyn, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She takes such care in sourcing the products that are to be sold in the store. They're all ethically produced, and are high quality. There have been so many different types of products such as lotions, candles, pillows, clothing, hats, stickers, jewelry, chocolate bars, and olive oils. Because all items are sourced and researched by the owner, she tends to be very knowledgeable about any questions you may have while shopping.It might seem like the store is one big room, but climb up the steps in the back and you'll enter another section to shop. Up those stairs is the home of Carolyn's own jewelry line. They're all beautiful pieces, and I highly recommend checking them out.Something I've never seen in another store before is the bouquet bar. There's a section of wall with pots that house different types of plants and flowers. Pick some of those out, and then you'll have yourself a beautiful bouquet. I had one that lasted for a couple weeks! All the grocery store bouquets I've bought will usually die after 4-7 days. Even if you don't live near downtown Auburn, U.S. Artisan Marketplace is worth the drive.”

“My granddaughter's cat passed away and she was so heart sick about it. I asked Stacey to make a necklace for her with an image of her beloved cat. Stacey put the cat's neme on the back of the necklace for her too and my granddaughter said it helped her remember her cat and how much she loved her. Stacey has made necklaces and earrings for me and they are a lot of fun to wear.”

“First time going to Bob's Furniture store in Roseville. They have a good variety of selections (bedroom furniture). Upon entering, was greeted warmly. They're was no pressure selling and they were not too intrusive while I was looking around. Sales Rep. Jack C, provided excellent customer service and answered a lot of questions that I had. I ended up buying a bedroom set from them bec of their good prices and courteous service. Whether you're just window shopping or are in the market to buy furniture and/or mattresses, take a look at their stores to comparison shop. They have good prices.”

“We stopped by at Scavolini whilst shopping for kitchen cabinets. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable. We worked with Val who was fantastic. He had great ideas for us, drafted out a kitchen plan for us that we really liked. Very eager to make sure we were happy with what we ended up with, whether it was with him or someone else. Their product seemed great too. We ended up going with a different product for various reasons but would definitely recommend Scavolini and Val for sure.”

“I recently visited Lincoln gift shop and I must say, it's one of the cutest gift shops I've ever been to! I could have easily spent all day there and still not seen everything. Every time I looked around, I discovered something new. They truly have something for everyone in this charming store. During my visit, Elise was the Manager and she was so welcoming and engaging. She made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. I even had the chance to speak with Kimberly, the owner of Healing Lotus Crystals. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the stones. I ended up purchasing a wonderful candle, two serving bowls, two stickers, and some gorgeous healing crystals. I love that this shop is made up of multiple vendors because it gives the store a unique and diverse selection of products. It's great to see that the town is supportive of small businesses like this one. I'll definitely be back with my girlfriends for a shopping day!
