“My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on our hide a bed couch for the past 2 weeks and our back begin to hurt. So we went to America Furnitures store to look for a bedroom set. Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. He was a very awesome associate to help us understand things with the beds and mattress. Tom was also awesome ans between the the two of them they have given us a great deal on our bedroom and mattress furniture. If we ever need furniture for our place, we will definitely buy again from America's Furniture! It sure was a great place to buy Furnitures and the associates are very friendly and warm and welcome you to the store!”

Alex did a great job helping me make my selections and measured them perfectly. Then Trevor came over exactly on time and did the install. He took the time to make sure they looked perfect and was so pleasant to talk with as well! He even helped me take a few other screws out of the wall! “We would like to share about the excellent customer service we received from Chai. We had been shopping online for lamps and then decided to visit the Sunrise store. Chai was very friendly and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I really liked his 'no pressure' approach. Its refreshing to meet a salesperson who puts the needs of customers first. We weren't ready to buy, but we had the information we needed. “First time going to Bob's Furniture store in Roseville. They have a good variety of selections (bedroom furniture). Upon entering, was greeted warmly. They're was no pressure selling and they were not too intrusive while I was looking around. Sales Rep. Jack C, provided excellent customer service and answered a lot of questions that I had. I ended up buying a bedroom set from them bec of their good prices and courteous service. Whether you're just window shopping or are in the market to buy furniture and/or mattresses, take a look at their stores to comparison shop. They have good prices.”

“Fire & Rain Gallery is an adorable little art, furniture, jewelry, and home goods boutique located at 705 Sutter Street. Most of the items in the store are created by local artists, but a few come from national artists. The pieces are very eclectic. I've seen everything in this gallery from clocks, to Lazy Susans, to a steel stripper statue suspended from the ceiling by a swing on chains. No matter what your price range is, there is something for you here. The jewelry pieces are stunning, and most of it is affordable. If anyone is looking for a last minute Mother's Day gift for a woman with great taste, Fire & Rain Gallery just might have what you're looking for. It would be impossible to decide what my favorite item in the store is, but I absolutely adore their selection of artsy clocks. They also have handbags, wallets, and all kinds of other accessories. When fact-checking for my review, I found out some interesting information about the gallery. It originally opened at 609 Sutter Street, where Citizen & Vine is now located, in 1994. By 2011, the gallery had moved to El Dorado Hills, but in 2017, they came back to Folsom, just down the street from where they had been before. An old, deleted review on an old, deleted Yelp page describes "the upstairs as magical." I can't imagine Fire & Rain with an upstairs, or being just up the street from Planet Earth Rising, but it looks like that's where it used to be. The new location is sort of long and narrow (and is only one story, as far as I know). The gifts and jewelry are in the front room, which is the largest. The room behind that has mini rooms sectioned off on each side, which is where most of the smaller art pieces are usually kept. In the back of the gallery, natural light shines through a window with stained glass panels around its edges. An orange tree sits just on the other side of the window, like natural art. The back room is usually my favorite, since this is where the larger furniture pieces are kept. There are also several pieces in this room by an artist who paints NorCal forests in this magical, surreal manner. If I had $700 to spend on a painting, I would buy one of those. Overall, the art is well-chosen, the ambiance is outstanding, and the employees are friendly. This is one of my favorite shops on Sutter Street.”

“Quaint little shop converted from an old ice cream parlor. I visited on their special opening of this year's Christmas selection. They had food and drinks set out for everyone and it was all very nice. They even had a mural of a snowy town on the windows in white window marker.”

“U.S. Artisan Marketplace is a beautiful little shop in downtown Auburn. The owner, Carolyn, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She takes such care in sourcing the products that are to be sold in the store. They're all ethically produced, and are high quality. There have been so many different types of products such as lotions, candles, pillows, clothing, hats, stickers, jewelry, chocolate bars, and olive oils. Because all items are sourced and researched by the owner, she tends to be very knowledgeable about any questions you may have while shopping.It might seem like the store is one big room, but climb up the steps in the back and you'll enter another section to shop. Up those stairs is the home of Carolyn's own jewelry line. They're all beautiful pieces, and I highly recommend checking them out.Something I've never seen in another store before is the bouquet bar. There's a section of wall with pots that house different types of plants and flowers. Pick some of those out, and then you'll have yourself a beautiful bouquet. I had one that lasted for a couple weeks! All the grocery store bouquets I've bought will usually die after 4-7 days. Even if you don't live near downtown Auburn, U.S. Artisan Marketplace is worth the drive.”
