“Thank you to Stella who saved the day. She really turned our trip around. The day before we had a reservation at a different location. We waited in line for over an hour to find out they did not have our vehicle, they tried to uncharge us for the vehicle they did have on lot for approximately $800 so we sadly walked away with no rental. We booked the very next day at the 2165 Long Beach Boulevard location and though it was a last minute reservation and their lot not too full, Stella was able to help us out and got us in a vehicle less than 20 mins. We really appreciate her professionalism and her great customer service in salvaging our trip.”
“Rented a vehicle for 30days during a auto body repair. Super friendly and helpful staff helped me though a stressful repair and 30 days rental car insurance coverage. They communicated with my insurance for me to minimize direct communication with my insurance company regard to rent-a-car. I will use them again when i need a car.”

“Overall, I had good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will continue to use them for any future rentals. They have an excellent selection of newer vehicles. I would recommend that your reserve a vehicle at least 24 hours in advance. Let them know if you are AAA member, so you can get a discounted rental rate. Also, if you use a debit card to pay for your rental, they will charge you a $300 deposit fee.”

“Great service and lovely staff! Khan’s customer service was brilliant! We had a mare trying to get hold of a Mustang convertible last minute and initially we were told there wasn’t one available so we accepted a Dodge Charger instead. When we were in the car park finding the car, Khan was running around trying to find us to tell us a Mustang had just been returned and handed us the keys for our lovely new car for the day. We were super pleased, the car was in a brilliant condition and the whole process was seamless. Price was as promised. Would 100% recommend and would use Alamo here again.”

“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”

“Marisa and Aaaron were the best!!!!! Marisa helped me with my rental when I asked her to switch drivers. She was able to help me out and even found a way to give me a discount through my insurance. She was amazing!! I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to switch drivers and Marisa had my back. I can't thank her enough. I was also helped by a couple of other people they were all helpful too, I think his name was Marvin, but all the team was great. Getting a rental car can be a stressful job but Hertz made this process very easy. I'm glad that I chose to use Hertz for my rental car. Also Aaron was also AMAZINGGGGG!!!!! He's energy and the way he spoke to me and my mom, made me feel so welcomed. He answered all my questions regarding my rental car and was very confident in the way he handled my family. I will come back to Hertz because of Marisa and Aaron and I recommend everyone to do so too! Hertz at the airport had my back and even upgraded my car when I thought it wasn't possible. I loved driving my rental and will encourage EVERYONE to come here too!! Drive safe, y'all!”
“Both locations (LAX airport & Long Beach) were wonderful. The pick-up at LAX was a little tricky due to traffic, but it was still good. You just had to walk right out from baggage claim to the purple area and wait for the shuttle. The driver was friendly and kind. Once at the rental office, they were efficient and fast. The car was clean inside and out. The drop-off service was helpful and friendly. Since it was a nice day out and it was within a mile of our hotel, we just walked back. I would rent from them again.”
