“I'm not sure why this location doesn't have rockstar ratings... EVERY time I go here I have a good experience. And I've rented from here numerous times in the last 8 months. The staff are friendly, quick to provide customer services, the cars are in good condition (and ready for pick up) and it's always such a pleasant experience. I switched to this location after having terrible experiences at SNA and LAX Hertz locations (we are talking like 2+hour waits an/or no cars available, and no reimbursement for expenses related to those Hertz issues). So this location is a true blessing. Friendly, timely, and the employees go above and beyond here.”

“My first but not the last time going here.I had a very positive experience renting a car on short notice because my personal car had to stay in the auto shop over night. I was picked up at the Honda service dealer and got a rental the same day for a compact suv. The rental agent was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.The other rental agent who picked me up was cordial and informative as well. At the last moment, when my car was ready for pick up just 7 minutes before closing, they offered me a ride back to theHonda service center to get my car before it stayed overnight. The rental agents would have to stay a little over their schedule shift yo accommodate me. This was service above and beyond my expectation as I felt that I would have most likely have to call Uber to help me out.”

“The day before I was supposed to return my car rental I received notification from the airline that due to bad weather i ad to change my flight. I tried to contact Enterprise at the Downtown Long Beach but they were closed. I called customer service and I was told that the offices were closed and that I had to wait until the next day at 8am to speak with someone. Customer service also told me that there would be a fee to drop the car off at a different location and they couldn’t provide the fee because they did not know. Well, my flight departure was changed to 9:05 am boarding at 8:35am and I couldn’t wait. I was disappointed that Enterprise did not have something in place to assist its customers after hours. So, I emailed the CEO, President and VP the next morning and I never received a reply. I then decided I would return the car to the Enterprise at Long Beach airport and I shared with Karen Mason at Enterprise what happened and she accepted the car and waived the fee. Thank you Karen Mason for allowing me to return my rental and waiving the fee. It’s people like you Ms. Mason that make the world a better place.”

I needed to rent a car for a quick trip (my regular car is old and I didn't trust it to make a long trip I had planned). She made renting my first car a breeze! I thought it was going to be super stressful, but she made it very simple and guided me through the steps. Her name was Maria and if I ever rent again, I'll be sure to come back to this location! “Great customer service, and I love the short walk from the gate to the counter. No Emerald Executive Aisle, but you don't miss it. The cars are right beside the counter. Super quick and easy. The only problem is I cannot, for the life of me, get through to anyone by calling the local number. I left my makeup bag on the floor in the front passenger seat upon returning the car. My 15 year old just gifted it to me for my birthday, along with all of the makeup inside of it. The website lost and found process is not returning any results, but this location is so small and personal, I know that I could just speak to someone live, they would find it. I am so sad. There's also a fake diamond tennis bracelet in there my mother in law just gave me. I'm so sad. Please please return it. I will send you a prepaid FedEx packing label or UPS. Please respond.”

“Because of Covid, a few things changed there and to my surprise In order to rent a car at Sakura, you need to do a reservation ahead and the Gardena office is only to pick up. However, the friendly staff was very helpful and I was able to rent the car there and save my vacation and my transportation needs. The car was clean and ready to roll. I was even provided a map, even though I told the lady I didn't need it since I know the area, but she suggested to me to have it in case of an emergency. My last time there was six years ago and the next time I go to California I always rely in their service. Thanks again and hope to see you soon”
