“The hours posted at this location needs to be updated!!! I arrived at this Uhaul/self storage location at 930 am as noted on the store hours to rent a uhaul. Doors were locked, lights off and no one was inside. I spent 10 mins waiting before walking to the back and others were waiting to get inside the self storage area as their access code didnt work until the place becomes unlocked. I had selected the Mobile check in option to rent the Uhaul and after the online process, I was still required to go inside to check in and get the keys. By 10 am, the agent arrived to unlock the facility. He was nice and assisted myself and others in getting their rentals but myself and others were all waiting since the posted time was incorrect. As for the Uhaul rental, everything worked out fine. We had a local move and rented the 10' truck to move a bedroom worth of stuff. We brought the truck back after refuelling and it was an easy process to turn in.”
