“Jacob at RepairALL Lodi, CA location was very knowledgeable and helpful when I took my son’s iPhone SE 3rd generation. Jacob told me there were a few things that could be wrong with the phone and gave me an estimate on the spot. I agreed to have him take a look at it and he told me to give him 30 minutes for him to properly diagnose my son’s phone issue. I left the phone with him to run a quick errand and came back within 30 minutes.When I returned, I was amazed to see that he had the phone turned on. He told me that the battery was the issue and it needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repair and the phone was ready in 5 minutes.I was worried at first because I thought he would have to order parts and I would have to wait to get my son’s phone back. I never imagined that we would have the phone back so quickly.To top it off I was given guarantee on the repair.I went into RepairALL on a Thursday at 5pm and walked out with the phone repaired all within that hour. I also did not have to experience any lines and I didn’t need an appointment. 10/10 definitely recommend!”
