“Called Sharpe Automotive this morning, hoping to get an oil change done on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. Dean was able to fit the job in today’s schedule as long as I could bring it in sooner than later. Wifey followed in a separate car while I dropped off and we would return in a few hours.
Received text updates when the job was in process and after the vehicle was ready this afternoon. Dean reviewed the completed services along with recommended service items from normal use (tires) and preventative items to consider from the OEM maintenance schedule (spark plugs, serpentine belt) for budgeting ahead.
We were delighted to get the overdue oil change done on the same day and appreciate the explanation on upcoming maintenance costs. Thank you to the team at Sharpe Auto! Have an excellent weekend.”

“Claudio is such an amazing person. I have been taking my car to him since 2 years. I have always gotten an honest inspection on the car. He won’t charge me for inspection.
He would never ask me to get anything done that isn’t necessary. As a young woman, I always feel people would rip me off but I never have to give it a second thought with Claudio.
He is a very honest, hardworking person! I have a 2015 car but with his expertise, it has never given me any trouble!!

Bill greeted me promptly and cordially, and the environment at the shop was very comfortable and attractive. Later that day, Bill called to tell me that my transmission was fine, and the problem was actually with my motor mounts. Furthermore, there was no charge for the valued analysis. Wow! He rebuilt a AOD for my project car and after I over tightened the TV pressure plug and broke the case he was able to find an old case and swapped out all the the parts and charged me pennies for what another shop would have.
