“A friend referred me to DA Import Specialists. Jack is an Army vet and a 2nd generation mechanic who specializes in European vehicles, especially Mercedes Benz and BMW. He has the experience, knowledge and love of these cars that’s needed if you own a classic vehicle, or any Imported vehicle for that matter.I just acquired a MB 560sl which needed a 60,000 mile service as well as a safety inspection and repair of a heater valve - discontinued by MB. Jack gave me an estimate. He started his work and advised me on other items he discovered that needed repair. Jack had me come to his shop to visually inspect the issues and put the additional repairs in writing. Jack put in a huge effort diagnosing the problems, especially that tricky heater valve, which he resolved to perfection. My friend was right, Jack is an honest, experienced mechanic that knows these vehicles. He treats customers with respect, is fair and is careful with your car. Well done, Jack.”

“This shop is ok, except if you are seeking their assistance with diesel engine repair. Unfortunately this shop does not have a diesel expert. Turns out that most Sprinters are diesel powered. When I visited, I checked the shop, it was full of regular cars. I would give it 5 stars, for its level of okayness.”

“I recently visited LN Auto Center for some work on my BMW. They replaced a starter and battery along with a routine oil change and brake fluid flush. Overall, I had a really positive experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the process with frequent update calls. The quality of work was excellent and my car is running smoothly once again. The technician, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and skilled. I'd definitely recommend this service center for their professionalism and quality of work. “I had such a great experience at the Walmart Auto Center in Aliso Viejo! The team here is professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I arrived, Reuben greeted me warmly and explained everything clearly. My car tire installation service was completed on time Todd made sure I understood the work that was done. Use the Walmart app to save time and money. Walmart plus is the way to go. Bought tires on the app and was able to make the appointment. Came in at the right time and was greeted by Reuben. Friendly and with a great attitude.
The prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate the honesty and transparency—no upselling, just straightforward service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands.
