“I was recommended Jeeps R Us by 4Wheel Parts in Santa Ana. I was a little shocked, thinking 4WP would want my business being that I needed a new suspension and shocks $$$ but I'm grateful they did. Abel and Dave were fantastic to work with. Dave managed to get my Teraflex suspension and Fox shocks at a great price and Abel put it all together. Dave called and answered texts as the process went along and even personally drove my Jeep to me on a Friday evening because he knew I would be needing it for the weekend. I'm guessing this may not be normal practice but he knew I was in a bind and I greatly appreciate that. What service. My '06 Rubicon is riding like champ and I look forward to bringing him back in the near future.”
“Finally!! I found a trustworthy and ethical mechanic around here. My rear brakes needed to be replaced and I went to/called EIGHT other mechanics who tried to charge me $700-800 bucks - that's insane. Thank god, JRD Auto called me back. Within 3 hrs of calling me back they got the material, fixed my car and had me on my way. The price stayed the same as he told me over the phone (reasonable price!) - they never tried to upsell me. I highly recommend them. Especially for women, you won't be scammed or taken advantage of. Truly appreciate their help.”
