“Ok, so I recently heard what a gate analysis is & wanted to get one. I searched for the nearest store and Run Republic came up. I called to verify & Lorenzo confirmed they provide a free gait analysis. I was shook to learn everything Lorenzo told me about my feet lol but nonetheless I am very thankful. He recommended a variety of shoes and explained why he recommended them. He answered ALL my questions and although they didn't have the color of shoes I wanted, he was able to order them. I am soooooo excited to start my running journey. Thank you Lorenzo! I worked in customer service for many years and always appreciate when someone provides great customer service.”

“Support your local small business’s! I live 45 minutes from this store and would drive there every day if I could. I’m not one to write reviews But this store here deserves it. The people that work here are amazing along with the prices, knowledge and community you get from it. When it comes to being able to check out any type of mold, plastic or accessory you know DTW will have it. Especially If your a disc golf n*** like me then this is a place for you. I mean for crying out loud this review sounds like I work for them lol. But in all seriousness I hope this corner stone of our local disc golf community continues to grow and enlightened all that walk in. 10/10”

“Hoka shoe's maybe expensive but they are worth every dollar they feel like your walking on clouds. Your feet will be happy everyday. I was recommended by a podiatrist to go to Runners High so now I will never buy another kind of shoe for my foot again they are the best type of shoe with people who have hard time walking heal to toe like me I walk on outside of my feet but these shoes will make you walk correctly and comfortable. Plus they come in a wide for the width if you have wide fat feet like me or if your feet swell it's better to get wide in your size.”

Hands down the best customer service, inventory and even custom orders.We bought a Plank and Hyde pool table that we just love and get compliments on all the time! We got the matching cue holder and triangle and ordered barstools with the color seat that we wanted and it makes the room look so nice.The accessories don’t seem that important at first if you are not an experienced player but it made all the difference! My husband and I had only played a a bit before just for fun but on Kathy’s advice bought some upgraded pool cues called Cynergy from Cuetec. Wow, what a difference and we played so much better! And just this weekend we visited the store and I got the Cuetec glove also. Again, a wonderful surprise in how much it helped!We just love this store and everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. “I was drawn to Programme by the lure of a free Meet & Greet with the legendary hardcore punk band Terror. Programme sells skateboards, clothing and vinyl so while I'm here may as well peruse right? So I packed up my records and the kiddo and off we went to Fullerton. Programme is located at the tail end of a strip mall. You're best parking in the main lot and walking there because there isn't much parking in front of the store. Programme isn't the biggest place but it's mighty and wall to wall of all the stuff I like. Their vinyl selection was excellent (and in alphabetical order) and they had lots of great band shirts. Let's just say I went home with more than signed Terror records and the kiddo was EXTREMELY happy with the shirts she chose and I paid for lol. YES, I will be returning to Programme. They host a lot of live shows in their store and occasionally book heavy hitters to play in an environment where you'll never be closer to the action. Just gotta be quick because limited capacity means fast sellouts. Highly recommended!”

“Purchased shoes online for my son and they weren't just right. The Store Manager and a co-worker we're dealing with a difficult couple who insisted that the shoes they were trying to return were not worn, they were. The staff was gracious and patient with them and the couple ended up irate and taking video and pictures. The Store Manager moved from that transaction to mine. She did not let it impact my transaction. I picked a different pair and they did not have them in store and we were able to order them online and they are being shipped to our home with free shipping. We love ASICS. Great shoes, good value and wonderful customer service!”

“I was here earlier today looking at work boots I've been here several times. I knew what I wanted but was looking at what they had. I started asking questions about some of the boots and the person that was there showed me others including some that were discontinued for even cheaper. Showed me one that had a composite toe. I said what's that? It's lighter. I tried one size it was snug. They had a size slightly bigger. Tells me walk around see how it feels. Ok. I said jokingly how bout if I walk out to the street and keep on going and he's laughing I said I wouldn't do that. I took them off and we started talking them I went to pay for them and left. Never got the guys name but he had a beard on his chin that's all I remember”
