“The experience through Dixiline has been overwhelming positive and a relief from the previous struggles I've had just finding someone for my project.My only complaint is with the lack of communication and sense of irgency or care, from the installers at Glennview Glass. It was a long struggle to simply schedule an install date for my project. Even after reaching out to them directly I felt they were just kicking my issues down the road. The only saving grace would be your install coordinator Haley C.Haley C. the install coordinator in LA Mesa has been a life saver. From being patient with answering my consistent questions, to being supportive when the installers drop the ball. She has been proactive in keeping me informed, and accommodate through the entire process. As a hotel .manager myself, Haley embodies and practices the level of customer service and care I would be proud to have on my own team. It is the privilege of working with her again that will have me returning to Dixieline for a future project.”

“Everyone that works at either locations are super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of mouldings. I found their website to be easy to navigate. I found the part numbers and simply called in my order and was texted a payment link to pay through my phone. Everything I needed was in stock at their El Cajon location and they help you load everything into your truck. I even had to do a return because I decided on a slightly different size moulding and the return/exchange process was easy.”

“I got my window replaced last week and had the best experience with Discount Glass & Mirror--highly recommend them!First, they offered me the best rates--quoting me more than half off what other companies were quoting. It was a no-brainer to go with them.They sent someone out to assess the window I needed to replace and were able to provide me with a quote the next day, along with the required paperwork for my HOA. Taylor was great and made sure everything moved along quickly; the whole process was seamless and painless.Finally, on installation day, Jesus and his partner (I believe his name starts with an A?) arrived right on time and were in and out in about an hour. They were professional and efficient. Honestly, couldn't believe how easy it was.”

My husband and I decided to split up the errands so I went to pick up the rebar as he picked up other items for the renovation. Little did I know, the rebar needed to be tied down. “We found a great Christmas tree at Home Depot. Service from the guys working the tree area was superb. The guy cut the trunk so it was straight and trimmed the bottom branches. He put it ito the orange netting and even offered to load it for us. No need, I was perfectly capable of tossing it into the back of the pick-up. They had Noble firs and Douglas firs that I saw in a variety of sizes. We scored a 6'-7' foot Douglas for $54.98.”

I understand they might not have the best customer service all the time but I've always had good experience here. I recently came here to buy concrete powder release and this kid Austin helped me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way, showed me different colors and suggested what would work best. They need more guys like him.”

“I was in the carpet section looking for something for my front yard for a birthday party. Charlie (or Charles I forgot which was his name was) was really great and genuinely cares for his customers. I came looking for a specific item but they didn't have it. He tried calling other stores but they were taking too long and took his time to give me better options. Great guy. He's the reason why this place gets 5 stars. Also, the lady at the cashier in the garden section was very nice and genuine. This place has some really great staff.”

“This Lowe's is nice, and the employees are always helpful. In particular on Sunday 1/28 around noon , Joe in the garden department helped me find the right weed killer for a persistent yucca. He approached offering help and even went to the back to get a better item for my needs. Joe, you saved the day and my front yard is looking better than ever. Our HOA is happy again, lol. I've misplaced my receipt so I'm unable to do the survey for Joe, but his customer service was excellent and he deserves recognition for it!!! Thank you, Joe!!”

“Multiple women's review comments expressed how they could get lost in here. So, unless they all love doing home improvement projects; I had to check it out! I'm definitely not the home DIY or fixer upper kind of gal. That said, the store sucked me in and I was thinking of all kinds of projects I could do at home. Designers talk about updating small things, like the handles on cabinets or drawers. Sign me up! The herb section alone would reel me back in. I purchased lemon thyme, which smelled brightly of lemon in comparison to standard thyme. And, it's still thriving. And, the kitties are enjoying their catnip moments. I definitely will be back for more herbs and maybe a handle or two.”
