The customer service is professional but most of them act like they're afraid to talk to you. I happen to like to joke around laugh and have a friendly conversation while I'm checking out.

Im not a fan of dixieline any more. Had bad experience with door and window orders in past. Covid came and they price gouged. Strong ties were more than 2x home depo and the norm. But this place has good inventory and good helpful staff. Just price compare before u hit the counter to check out. They might be gettin ya.
