“Carlos @ AT&T Riverside, Trautwein was fantastic.After 23 years @ Verizon, it was time for a serious change. I had many dropped calls and late Text messages received and after numerous calls to fix the problem to Verizon. They sent me a WiFi booster / extender to my home to fix the problem.To no avail. The problem was not fixed and Verizon said “ your gonna have the same problem or issues with other carriers” Wrong !!! I went directly to AT&T and was helped by Carlos and Mauricio with 7 new IPhone lines. I got a great discount and several incentives. So pleased and happy with my new phones and service. “Called this AT&T Corporate Store from the parking lot of a horrible AT&T retailer owned by a third party, go figure. I inquired if they had a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max or an iPhone 14 Pro Max would also be okay. I was told they had one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max and i told him i would be right there. When i walked in, several employees asked if they could help me. I said, "I just called about a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and was you have one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max." A salesman assisted me and said I spoke to him. He was very helpful and progressional and had excellent customer service. He is the first person at AT&T who told me on the phone that you can contact AT&T directly and tell them you have the screen protector plan and are having trouble locating one for your iPhone in stores and they will ship one directly to you. In person he also told me that I could bring it in and they will install it for me. Really nice to say! His name was Edgar and should be commended for his due diligence and excellent customer service! For real!”

“Samsung S9... I change the battery 2 mo. Ago: worked fine until 2 weeks ago. Turning off on its own. Did some utube ran diagnostics, seemed ok. A day later its in a coma and I cant revive it. Went to these pros, dealt w/Nathan.. said possible battery or switchboard:$169 if its neither-no charge. Game on! 1.5 hours later he called my 2nd cell: Battery was cheap(Amazon) replaced everything 100 % /Like new! $79 was the cost, so glad I didn't lose 5 yrs of memories. I thought it was dead and needed a hard restart. -I dont do tech, glad these guys do! -Darren”
