“Carlos @ AT&T Riverside, Trautwein was fantastic.After 23 years @ Verizon, it was time for a serious change. I had many dropped calls and late Text messages received and after numerous calls to fix the problem to Verizon. They sent me a WiFi booster / extender to my home to fix the problem.To no avail. The problem was not fixed and Verizon said “ your gonna have the same problem or issues with other carriers” Wrong !!! I went directly to AT&T and was helped by Carlos and Mauricio with 7 new IPhone lines. I got a great discount and several incentives. So pleased and happy with my new phones and service. Plus @ home no dropped calls or lagging service. So much faster than Verizon.Thanks,Riverside Rob”

“Come to Cricket on Mission!!!!!! My requests and accidents only took Jovani 20 minutes to correct, repair and educate me about at the Mission Cricket Store. He not only corrected the errors I admit causing, but he also tutored me on the use of my new phone with NO Stress!! And he saved my contacts to my SD card along with all my picture. Limonite Girls this is why you don't get paid as much as you think you are worth. Yes, they said they don't get paid enough to Teach us how to use new phones! And they don't know the technology required to save your contacts and photos quickly to your new phone and more importantly to your SD Card.. Thank you Jovani, Sincerely the Abuelita! “So where do I start? Well, let’s see like all of us. I needed a new phone except for me. I work in Alaska and I left my phone outside in -20° weather. Therefore, my phone froze like a brick of ice. I only had a series 3 Apple Watch, that was given to me as a gift for my lovely wife enter San Diego after I’ve been gone for three months I go see Noel at AT&T I said Noel AT&T I need you to hook me up and that’s exactly what he did. Boy did he ever my man had my phone looking like it was black ops with all the bells and whistles with palm grabbers so they don’t fall out of your hand which I’m extending at the moment to actually use it Clips on a magnet therefore removal, Noel knows what the hell he’s talking about and the staff they’re absolutely amazing with that being said, I will attach some pictures of the shop you guys go see them he made buying a new iPhone such a breeze, the whole back up back down back left back right he did it all I am now leaving a review on my new telephone speaking into text to type Noel. Thank you so much sir and the whole staff at AT&T whatever address cause I can’t remember.”

“I went and got my iPhone XS Max screen replaced here. It was completely shattered at the top right hand corner with cracks going all the way through each corner of the screen. The people here were very kind and were able to replace my screen in about 15 mins or less. I tipped $10 dollars. They are very professional and do very good work. I would absolutely go back for all my phone repair needs. I have had my phone now since the repair for 2 weeks now. I have my phone in a case and have dropped it a couple of times since than and still everything is looking great.”
