“I accidentally previously left the first part of this review on another Metro page for a store in Fontana and realized it when I came back to add similar comments today. Yasmin provided the best and most respectful customer service to me twice. I'm grateful to be able to say a good thing about a provider's employee, as it's so easy for them to be irritable in dealing with customers' needs each day. I came back to the store today and had the same experience with Yasmin-- hope she gets a promotion, because she definitely is part of why I'd choose to stay with Metro PCS after the frustration of going to two Metro stores in two other cities today which were both closed.
