Eugene explains clearly and perfectly what is wrong with the product and he always does his best to fix the issue fast and correctly. I took my s9+ for a charging port replacement and like I said, he went above and beyond to fix the issue. He is an excellent guy and I strongly reccomend this repair store. I've gone to like 3 or 4 other places and they "fix it" but the problem(s) would come back and they would charge again. This guy and his team are honest ppl with knowledge on what they're doing.”

“I was recently given an iPhone and had to transfer over all my information from my android. I came on my lunch break thinking I could get it done quickly. Wrong. I decided to leave my phone there while it updated and pick it after work. I came around 8:30 and was greeted by Jackie. She retrieved my phone from the back and gave me the bad news. Nothing had transferred over. She suggested I try an app and do it on my own. I told her the sad truth. I am not a tech savvy person. So naturally she offered her help. Cut to about 40 minutes later(it's after closing now) and this very kind, very patient young woman is STILL trying to transfer my stuff over. At this point, I had resigned myself to thinking it was a lost cause. And then, just when I had lost all hope, I hear Jackie say, "Man, I impress myself sometimes." She f****** did it! As I mentioned before, I am not a tech savvy person, so I have no clue what she did or how she did it, but boy oh boy, was I grateful. Between her knowledge, determination, and positive attitude Jackie made this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Thank you Jackie!”

I had been going to the one off of Riverside Dr. next to the Río Ranch Grocery Store, but soon realized the owner operates unethically and adds fees to services that should be free. *SIM card replacement and activation should be completely free*”

“Where do I begin??? All I have to say is that DEJA RAWLES at this store has been nothing but a gem since Day 1!! I went in to buy my boys apple watches in late October. Deja was happy to help. Not only did she help with my purchase, she saw my account and what a mess it was and saved me a huge amount of money. She went above and beyond to get everything straighten out and in one bill that was less than I was paying with 2 new devices.I had questions and some trouble shooting after that with other devices through November and December and Deja was there to walk me through it all with a smile. Always available to answer my questions and always returned my phone calls. I felt like I had my personal tech person.Deja definitely deserves recognition and a promotion!! She is amazing!!! AT&T is very lucky to have her to represent their company!!”

“Just left the Ontario Mills AT&T location feeling light as a feather thanks to Lauren! She has truly been a silver lining in our entire experience with AT&T- no concern is too big or too small to bring to her, she always makes us feel valued and heard and ensures we come to a resolution that is best for both us and her company (which you can just tell she adores). We found her a couple of years ago in Montclair, searched for her in La Verne and just happened to reconnect by chance in Rancho. We heard she had moved to the mall and booked it right over. We love Lauren and will follow her to Timbuktu if need be! ❤️”
