Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers ?. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.”

“We went to Ace Kids in Saturday. We were looking for a baptism dress for our daughter and we found everything we needed here. The staff was so nice and helpful. They had plenty of options to choose from. We bought a dress, shoes, socks, undergarments, flower crown, bible, and candle. They also had dresses and suits communion and other dresses for formal wear. Great experience and we were so glad we went here and not DTLA.”

“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

My cashier Azia assisted me with joining the credit card program which I found super helpful considering I got a discount and I’m a frequent shopper. “I'm surprised there aren't reviews on this place yet considering that they've been here for a bit. They used to have an Echo Park location I never went to and are now located at The Row DTLA. If you haven't been there yet, this is the same place that does Smorgasburg on Sundays. There is a huge parking structure that makes parking in the area easy. And I believe the first two hours are free, parking is reasonably priced if you go over. The Row DTLA has a wide selection of shops and restaurants. I personally love going during Smorgsburg, going shopping then hitting up the food, or vice versa. Everything I've ever gotten at Bel Kazan has been high quality. They carry some houseware, sometimes art, jewelry and clothing. I've gotten compliments on everything I've ever bought there. The patterns are unique and a lot of what I've bought/tried on has been flattering. They're stuff to me is like a work of art, they don't make a lot of it, but that hasn't stopped me from finding cute items in my size. When I'm going home to see my family and want to look my best, or going to an event (big or small), this is the place I check out first. The clothing is doable for dressing up, dressing down, and best of all-it's comfortable! The patterns they use for their clothing is also very unique. The woman who I usually see working the counter is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This store's items cost more than if you're shopping at somewhere like Urban Outfitters, but I can't stress enough that the clothing is high quality. I don't know another place like it.”
