“Great service. Yesterday I was having an issue with my windshield wiper washer not working so I brough my Toyota highlander for service. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken rubber hose and fixed it. The shop owner did not charge me for this service which very kind of him and much appreciated. This was my first visit to this shop, and it definitely will be my go to shop for future auto maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend this shop your service needs!”

“If you have a Mercedes, Tim is the guy who you should take it to. After my mechanic of twenty five years retired, I was searching for a new Mercedes mechanic and was having trouble getting good service. Just by chance I was in Huntington Beach when the right front suspension went out. If you have had this problem you know it’s an expensive repair. In fact, in Los Angeles where I live, every time I have this happen they charge close to two grand just for the parts. Well, I found Custom on the internet and called and spoke to Tim. I asked if he could take me that day and finish as well. He said if it was what I thought it was, he could. And he said the repair would probably run about nine hundred dollars. I couldn’t believe it. Less than half what I was expecting. I hobbled into his shop, he handed me the keys to a loaner, and that afternoon he called to tell me it was done and that it didn’t need a shock, but just a connector. The cost: $427. Needless to say, since that day, I’ve been driving my car down to Tim for service all the way from Los Angeles.”

“THANK YOU Euro Stop!!! You saved me a lot of money and a ton of grief. I really scored when I found you.I had been to another repair place that charged me for the diagnostic and then recommended a very expensive repair. I called around for a 2nd opinion and reached Khan (hope I spelled that correctly!). He asked me questions and suggested that the repair might not be needed. He told me he was VW certified and had all the proper VW equipment to diagnose the problem. Khan invited me to bring the car so he could have a look. When I asked how much he would charge to plug in the diagnostic thingie, he said "nothing - I don't charge for simple little things like that." Wow, I coldn't believe it! Everyone else charges $68-$110.00 just plug it in.I arrived and saw he had a Porsche and a couple of Bentleys in his gargage. I figured this was either a really good or, really bad sign. Turned out to be a GREAT sign - those people trust him with their expensive cars and I now know why. While I waited, I met Khan's wife. What a lovely, genuine, nice person she was. She endorsed her husband as "the most honest man I know." and I'm here to tell you, she told the truth! This guy is great! And while I waited, I observed his business neighbors come over to ask his opinion. These friendly exchanges also impressed me as they show he's respected among other mechanics.This was the most interactive experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Khan showed me the diagnosis codes, pointed out the corresponding parts on the car, and patiently explained the function of each one. Ladies, other than your father or brother, has a mechanic ever done that for you!? Me neither.With the car now up on a lift, Khan spent time checking things and then called me over to break the bad news. The original diagnosis was correct; my car needed that expensive repair. But here's what sets Euro Stop apart from the others: While all the other places were happy to write it up and take my money, Khan pointed out all the other things that were about to break --that my regular mechanic never has! And he advised that my car didn't have much life left in it. That it wasn't really worth fixing because all these other repairs were soon to follow. Although I was bummed, my heart overflowed with gratitude that he told me. Nobody else has and there have been plenty of times they could have. And to top it all off, he didn't charge me for his time! From the nicest Porsche to a ragamuffin VW, Euro Stop is the best place to take it. And from now on, I and will never take my car anywhere else.”

“I am sooooooo SO HAPPY I found a genuinely GOOD, FAIR & HONEST shop to take my vehicle to. I was very skeptical to try yet another auto shop as I've been raked over the coals, and bent over with no Vaseline so many times before. ? It's painful you know.Now, I can put my fears to rest and I firmly believe I've found the best. These guys were honest as to what I did and did NOT NEED. They did not call with a laundry list of repairs or try to pressure me in any way. “Great service. Great prices Super friendly service guys. They were so helpful and accommodating when I ran in to inquire about havimg my flat tire repaired. I was shocked when he told me that there is NO charge! They fix flat tires for FREE! They let me leave my tire there to be repaired while I wemt and run my arrands. When I got back It was all done and ready to go. They informed me that they found that I didnt get a flat but was caused by a stem valve leak. So they replaced it and put a new stem valve in. I was so surprised when they told me that they did it for FREE too!! Really happy and satisfied with the work they did. Great guys! Thank you so much! 5 stars!”

“I dropped my vehicle off yesterday and was told I'd get a call my noon. Come 2pm no call. I called at 2:30 and 4:30. No answer or call back. Today I called at 9am, no response. I drove by at 10 and they are not open on a Friday despite their door saying open 7 days a week. Frustrating I'm left with out a car and no one to communicate with. They reconnected me later and did their best to fix my vehicle.”

“My car broke down on me four weeks ago. I had it towed to HB AUTO &AC: Dallas Guiher was in charge. He was very busy, still made me feel like my car was most important vehicle there: He assured me that he would get to me asap. After he diagnosed my car, he explained cost and time it would take to complete the job: At that point, he would not be able to complete the job until the next day. Since I live in Los Angeles and it would take him a day before he'd be able to complete the repair.. After I accepted the repair cost He offered me a FREE loaner car. I hope he doesn't get in trouble. But after picking up my car and heading home I noticed Dallas had installed new windshield wipers, two front and one on the rear. He also washed my car. Remember, all these extra things were done after contract was agreed. Five more stars for DALLAS:!A true professional”

“Amazing service by all the people at this location! My oil filter would not come off because of overtightening by a different oil change place. They took the time to solve the problem and finally got it off! Breaking two tools, trying to get it off and with all the extra time spent, I did not get charged extra, as most businesses would. They were very professional, and I will never go anywhere else!”

“During my last oil change, they tossed a piece that goes to my oil filter cap. This ended up causing a check-engine light and a whole host of other issues until I finally unscrewed the cap and found it missing months later.Edit: Updating my review due to the quick resolution of my issue from their corporate team. Not the best experience, but appreciate them making it right.”
