“Great service. Great prices Super friendly service guys. They were so helpful and accommodating when I ran in to inquire about havimg my flat tire repaired. I was shocked when he told me that there is NO charge! They fix flat tires for FREE! They let me leave my tire there to be repaired while I wemt and run my arrands. When I got back It was all done and ready to go. They informed me that they found that I didnt get a flat but was caused by a stem valve leak. So they replaced it and put a new stem valve in. I was so surprised when they told me that they did it for FREE too!! Really happy and satisfied with the work they did. Great guys! Thank you so much! 5 stars!”

This time, they took my 6.0L power stroke and replaced the fuel injectors and other relevant items. They exceed my expectations every single time. The work has always held up. “Love this place. This is my to-go to for all my tires need. I used to only go to Costco until one of my tires had a flat and needed a repair; the Costco tire center referred me here and I have never gone back.Cody the supervisor is amazing...all the staff there is very friendly and helpful. They price match with pretty anyone and anybody-even Costco when the price is on sale. What I do love about it here is they can get any brand tires in a short amount of time. Other places, even Costco, when it's sold out or when they don't have a tire regularly stock, it can take forever-weeks to get your tires.One time I ordered my Michelin tires at this branch and there was a delay in shipment, rather having me wait until it arrived, they went ahead and found a nearby store that had it and went to pick it up so I don't have to wait....I highly recommend America's Tire, particularly this branch for everything tires.”

“They do most things well at mountain view. I had nitrogen put in all my tires in an attempt to slow down the leaks, and whenever it gets a little low they refill with nitrogen for free. Really it all depends on the crew on staff regarding how friendly the service is and the value for the money. 3/4 of the time they have good staff. But then they will rotate out to try to put a good crew in some other place that is suffering, and therefore a new crew will come in and the service will suffer until they learn how to do things correctly. Still they are worth four stars. I always price shop against the dealer, and through COVID I noticed the dealer service was at or a little bit lower. Even bought tires at the dealers twice. And save money.”

“After the hideous treatment at Firestone a day earlier (opened late/ignored appointment/wanted at least 2 hours to patch a tire) I made an appointment for this PepBoys location for 8am the next morning. 45 minutes. 25 bucks. Patched tire. Giovanni knows customer service and his mechanic was tremendous. Avoid Firestone at all costs and bring your car troubles here.”
