“I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I towed my car in a couple days ago, in distress. As a girl who is completely air-headed about what it takes to maintain a vehicle, mechanics are kind of intimidating. I was greeted by Brad and Kurt upon arrival and they both made me feel right at home. My dog, Gunner, really loved them too. (However it might have just been the treats Brad gave him LOL) They definitely lived up to their namesake. Super honest guys who told it to me straight. I did end up having to take my car to the dealership, but with the information they gave me, and the transparency that they had in telling me what they could and couldn't do for me, I had so much more confidence to deal with my car trouble pragmatically. The employees I interacted with very friendly, professional, and my favorite-did not push anything on me! “I've never done business here, but I would highly recommend this shop over any other....I have a wife of over 40 years and goes on daily walks. She took a wrong turn some wheres along her trail and in confusion and in need of help, she found herself in front of the Valvoline oil change on Harbor & MaCarther. I soon got a call from Phil, one of the employees, explaining how my wife was safe and making sure I could get there OK....As I helped her into the car I offered Phil a monetary Thank You. He wouldn't accept it. Said he understood as I was explaining the Dementia......one word summarizes Phil and the company he represents. It's called INTEGRITY”

“The prices are extremely reasonable and there is a spacious indoor/outdoor waiting area. I could see that the employees were doing a diligent job cleaning the car as they scrubbed the inside of the cup holders, in between the seats, and hit all the spots that often go missed at other car washes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my Diamond Wash and I will return.”
