“Flex tube for water fountains and above ground pools is on the second shelf need a latter to access it... always find myself driving a bit farther to lowes even though I always go to home detpo first cause it's closer. Lowes had it accessible even with cutters on the shelf so you didn't have to ask for help..”

“The Customer Service at the Home Depot HB location has always been five star. They are helpful and pleasant and have always been efficient and kind... over the years I have purchased a ceiling fan, a desk lamp, paint products, had keys made and bought great plants fom the garden dept. I had items delivered there that I ordered online- the perfect mattress topper! Oh and a wonderful large area rug at a great price. Most recently, I used their truck rental service which as usual, turned out awesome! I typically buy my batteries and lightbulbs here, and they also have a great variety of beautiful fresh cut flowers!”
“This review is for one specific employee, Johnathan in building materials. We needed help locating a water barrier for tile board . He took the time to walk with us to where the tile supples are on aisle 39 and radioed for assistance to come help us. He left. We waited… no one came. Then we see Johnathan walking towards us, he checked to see if anyone had been there to help us. When he found out nobody had come, he found someone for us.

“This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!”

We are trying to work through a complicated renovation project at a property where former foster youth live while they start college and their first jobs. Gary stepped in and gave us three perfect solutions to a stubborn problem that couldn't be fixed with duct tape. GO. SEE. GARY. He's the real deal.”

“If you go to this Lowe's ask for Steve in tools. You will get great customer service with a smile and a Can-Do attitude ! However you probably should stay clear of asking the associate Gino any questions. He apparently thinks it is not his job to try and help you find a solution . He's not going to do that work for you wow!! Everyone else I encountered was very pleasant and I will be back because I will know to ask for Steve even if I am not looking for a tools .”

“We have been shopping with Pacific Sales for over 30 years. Our first contact was with Wendell when he was with the Cerritos location. He helped us with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We have been shopping at the Huntington Beach location since the closure of the Cerritos location. Our latest purchase was a refrigerator and our sales person was Matt Dole. He spend a lot of time checking on the promos related to our purchase and was able make some adjustments to our add-ons. Great service and prices.”
