“We went to look at a vehicle at Meza Auto Sales because it was local to us and we liked the vehicle we saw online and we wanted to see it in person. Well not only was the vehicle EXACTLY as represented online but Edwin was fantastic. No pressure, no dealer add ons or hidden fees just what you see is exactly what you are getting. It is increasingly rare to go to a dealer, be it large or small, and get a honest and fair deal. Well Meza Auto Sales definitely is one of those places where there are no games and no pressure. The entire process was maybe a half hour and once we got an out the door price with tax, license and registration we took that to our lender and got the loan funded. There were no hidden fees or markups of any kind and the car was competitively priced. There was a scratch on the bumper that we wanted repaired and Meza Auto Sales went out of their way to get it fixed and fixed properly. “Service was stellar!. I brought my 2017 VW Golf SportWagen 4-Motion in for its 80K service. Already a pricy maintenance point, it had an added issue covered under warranty. Although it could be repaired right away, I had a pressing engagement that precluded me from waiting all day for the car. My service representative (Christian) was able to arrange for a loaner vehicle for me to use the rest of the day. I literally got back 12 minutes before their close, and exchanged the loaner for my vehicle. It again runs almost as it did brand new.. The entire staff was was professional, friendly, and engaging. They even gave my somewhat temperamental rescue dog VIP treatment.I don't look forward to the day I find myself looking for another vehicle, but I will have this place the first on my list of places to shop.”
