“Service was stellar!. I brought my 2017 VW Golf SportWagen 4-Motion in for its 80K service. Already a pricy maintenance point, it had an added issue covered under warranty. Although it could be repaired right away, I had a pressing engagement that precluded me from waiting all day for the car. My service representative (Christian) was able to arrange for a loaner vehicle for me to use the rest of the day. I literally got back 12 minutes before their close, and exchanged the loaner for my vehicle. It again runs almost as it did brand new.. The entire staff was was professional, friendly, and engaging. They even gave my somewhat temperamental rescue dog VIP treatment.I don't look forward to the day I find myself looking for another vehicle, but I will have this place the first on my list of places to shop.”

“The people we helped out in bad situations, get a car they otherwise would never be able to get. With bad credit, little to no work history, and repos are incredible. There will always be the people who come with the intention of scamming. Comes with the business. If you bring 1000 measly dollar to try and get a car cash I can tell you right now it will be the cheapest car on the lot and it will have issues because, we will not invest hundreds or thousands on a 1000 dollar car that most likely you will not have the money to fix then run it to the ground and try to return it. My suggestion is to save up more money to be able to afford the cost and problems that come with buying a used car. I can tell you that I will never again help anyone down on there luck get a car, you want a perfect car, save perfect car money. The stress and problems that come with this business are insane when dealing with people who think 1000 is a lot of money for a car. Don't waste your time or ours. All sales are final, so if she's giving you your money back, that's a favor we are doing for you. We have no idea what people do with the cars once they leave the lot, but I will say a used car is just that not a new vehicle to abuse. The lowest cash prices in sb are most likely, but if it's a low cash price, don't expect us to be responsible for anything on the car. That's why you're getting a low price, so if something comes up, you have the extra cash to repair it yourself.”

“I contacted All-Star KIA in San Bernardino looking to purchase a car. I was put in touch with Armando Sandoval and ended up having one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking for a very specific 2024 car they had on the lot which they only had 1 of. I was able to work with Armando and let me tell you he really worked hard back and forth between the dealership and myself to get the deal I was looking for. The dealership had the ability for me to fill out the application online, Armando had me text him a picture of the CDL, vehicle registration and insurance so he could complete almost all paperwork prior to my arrival. Upon my arrival it was as simple as a quick test drive and straight to finance to sign paperwork as the application and all other paperwork was already completed. The dealership and Armando were completely up front and honest on the agreement that we agreed upon all via texting, no surprise costs once I arrived. “Best Pick-A-Part in the IE! Multiple locations around. From ONT, SB, to VV! Pick-a-parts are a very straight forward kind of concept. If you are looking for a used part for a car, there is a chance you may find it here. Pay the entrance fee, bring in your own tools, pull the part off yourself and pay for it at the exit. There are some additional things to know that will enhance your experience here. (1) Don't bring any parts stored in your tool box that may have been pulled from another location - there are bag checks (before you enter and as you exit). You don't want to look like a thief. (2) There are some tools that you may not be allowed to bring in, such as a jack. Why? Well, I suppose to keep injury occurrences down. It is possible to get hurt while picking your own part, however, you basically sign a release at the door as you enter. (3) Lastly, if you forgot a tool or need to leave and return with that specialty tool, you may get a re-entry hand/wrist stamp so you may return and enter without paying the entrance fee a second time. Just be sure to ask for it before you exit. The only down side to coming to a place like this for a part is this: (1) Those who usually come and pick parts usually trash the vehicle for that one part. Meaning, some could be there to pick a blower fan for the AC of a car, but demolish the whole damn front interior (dashboard and all) just to get to it. I wish there was a better way parts could be spared for those who could actually put it to use. If you are picking, don't trash the car of its other parts. (2) All, if not most vehicles, are lifted on dummy rims. While this is the business' way of organizing the junked vehicles in the lot, it makes it very difficult and barely impossible to break that retainer nut getting to that suspension knuckle you are after. (3) The business will assume that you want warranty on EVERY PART YOU BUY. This is the most annoying part of coming here because if you do not think to ask for NO WARRANTY, you will end up paying a few extra bucks per part... and it all adds up. So if you are in for a bargain and can go without the warranty, you will save some $$$. (4) Some parts are not clear how you are being charged... in this case just ask. Lastly, the workers here are usually pretty helpful when locating a car in the lot for you. Happy picking!”
