“We have bought our last five vehicles from Toyota of Redlands, and today Confirms why we keep returning. I was notified of a recall on our Camry, so I made an appointment online. Their team called to confirm the VIN and time. My daughter is the primary driver of this car, and while driving in, I noticed it was getting close to needing an oil change. Upon arriving, I was greeted right away and checked in by Danny. Danny confirmed they had the recall parts and could get us in for a last-minute oil change. The car was completed early and came with a bonus. While removing the center console to conduct the recall, their tech found a lost $100 bill that was a graduation gift to my daughter. Their tech notified Danny, and Danny put it in a bag and held it at his desk for our pickup. We often forget to acknowledge when people do the right thing. $100 means a lot to a teenager working and attending school full-time.Big thanks to the Toyota of Redlands team for being on time, accommodating, and honest!”

“Easy over the phone purchase. Joe was awesome to deal with. Even delivered my car in person as I was too busy to pick it up. It had a few more issues then what was stated, but got them sorted fast and easy. Not your normal dealership. Brought me a title and a bill of sale. They don’t cover registration or title transfers so expect to get a car from them like purchasing a car from a private seller. I think that’s how they keep the prices low. But all in all a good experience for me.”

“I had a screw in my left rear tire. I pulled in and instantly one of the employees asked me what was the problem. Three employees got my car jacked up in seconds. One repaired the tire, patched it, the other two rotated and balanced my other three tires. They even checked my tire sensors,using a sensor tool, to let me know which tire needed a new sensor in the valve stem for free. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All this at a very fair price. Excellent service!”
