“I called in crisis for my stepdad in need of notary service for his dad’s medical information. It was 20 mins until the store closed so I expected no luck for same day but was hoping that we could notarize it in the morning. I spoke with Glen and immediately let him know my step dad’s dilemma, I told him I understood that they were closing and I told him the timeframe we had to get this info notarized. Glen then offered with no hesitation to stay late so that my dad could come and get this taken care of. He went out of his way to do this for my family. He was NOT asked to! Glen is a phenomenal person and a phenomenal member of the team at this store. He spoke to me with empathy and just overall kindness. My stepdad successfully got his affairs in order all because of Glen! Sometimes we forget how far kindness can stretch. The world needs more people like him that can change the perspective of how we perceive customer service, empathy, respect, and kindness. If he isn’t already a manager or owner? He should be! Thank you glen! may you continue to succeed in everything you do!”

“The Baseline: For a printing and mailing center the business should have great service, good staff, and ability to find solutions to any issues.
Great location to get some 8.5 x 11 flyers printed in color. The prints were ran and done within a couple of hours after the online estimate was 3-4. Staff was friendly and the location is really convenient. The inside store has a small amount of office supplies to purchase.”
“Easy to walk in and nice customer service my items are returned pretty quickly when I return stuff and when I ship things they are shipped pretty quick ,some times they can be a little pricey on shipping depending on what you ship .but this post office is also way cheaper than alot of other ones in the area .”

“Do you totally hate it when you miss delivery at your house? And you're worried that you would probably miss it the next day?They make it really easy at the FedEx ship Center to collect your package.Even though on the receipt stuck to my door, it said to come by after 3 o'clock, I got there a minute before 3pm and had my package and was out the door within five minutes!There is ample parking in front. On my recent visit, there was only one employee working, so keep that in mind in case you see a line waiting. He was so pleasant and cheerful. I wish I had asked his name but he didn't have a name tag on and I didn't want to come across weird ;)TL/dr: easy pleasant pickup of my FedEx package”

“Went yesterday to drop off Depop packages. Hesitated going to the post office due to the bad reviews. Complaining about wait time is unnecessary as it’s not in their control how many people wanna ship stuff and that’s something that shouldn’t have an effect on the ratings. The workers there were very straight forward n firm but no where near close to being rude. I feel all the bad reviews are because people are mad that the workers are not giving kiss ass attitude like most places. But they are not obligated to kiss ur ass. You tell them what you need and they’ll give u an answer simple as that.”
