“Do you totally hate it when you miss delivery at your house? And you're worried that you would probably miss it the next day?They make it really easy at the FedEx ship Center to collect your package.Even though on the receipt stuck to my door, it said to come by after 3 o'clock, I got there a minute before 3pm and had my package and was out the door within five minutes!There is ample parking in front. On my recent visit, there was only one employee working, so keep that in mind in case you see a line waiting. He was so pleasant and cheerful. I wish I had asked his name but he didn't have a name tag on and I didn't want to come across weird ;)TL/dr: easy pleasant pickup of my FedEx package”

“Carlos the manager of this facility is the most customer oriented person I have ever encountered in my life.
I was expecting a lost luggage from LAX by FedEx, I was told by the 1-800 number that I can pick it up on Saturday at the Hawthorne location. After driving 1 hour 30 minutes , it wasn’t there. He went above and beyond and found my luggage. I’m so grateful as I needed what was inside. Thank you Carlos. You deserve a raise! This encourages me to use FedEx instead of UPS. I have never had this experience with any other shipping company.

“I remain loyal to the post office and its ability to provide quality service despite the Postmaster Generals attempts to send it to privatization. This particular branch shows me that my hope for the future of service to the public can overcome bad policy decisions. My mom and other family members were postal employees, as was I for 4 years in the 1960's. I appreciate good service and as a former window clerk, I really commend them for bringing their "A" game.”
