“Dr. Swindall treated my Mia
First time patient scheduled for surgery end of the month Mia started having issues and Dr Swindall called me back and seen Mia that same day Dr. Swindall scheduled Mia surgery for the next day. After Mia surgery Dr Swindall called with a update.i have been to a few other Vet. Thur the years but Dr Swindall is the finest Vet i have met. Her compassion and kindness made me feel safe knowing my Mia was in safe hands.The staff all have great customer service and are very helpful and caring .thank you all for making Mia and me feel safe and taken care of.??”
“I had a very good experience with SG Animal
They were so busy I was surprised
But they got me in. The doctor was very gentle with my kitty who is aging and has multiple fur knots that need to be removed
They did bloodwork and then called me a few days later with the results
Their prices are fair and reasonable, and I would recommend them to anyone”
“This was my first time at Covina Animal Hospital, and I made sure I researched the place before going there. Upon arrival, everyone was very welcoming, and what I loved the most was how they treated my baby who is a pittie with so much love. I also voiced my concerns about my dog not getting along with other dogs and they made sure that there were no issues and accidents. I also want to shout out Andrew for answering all my questions and he made me feel more at ease about what to expect since my dog needed to get sedated. I plan to continue to go to Covina Animal Hospital from now on.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. We’ve been coming here with our 16-year-old senior dog who had multiple medical conditions, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive, and the vet is incredibly knowledgeable without ever pushing unnecessary services. They truly helped us provide the best care for our senior pup during her last years.

“I want to thank nurse Norma, she has a vocation and is a person who has empathy for people and animals, my dog Máximo unfortunately got sick from eating something that his stomach couldn't digest, a plastic toy and it got stuck in his intestine, unfortunately I didn't. He had the cost of an emergency surgery that he needed to save his life. That saddens me too much. My dog was only a 5-month-old puppy and in just 2 weeks my puppy deteriorated and we had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep now. We couldn't do anything. And Nurse Norma had compassion and empathy with my Máximo and that is why I thank her. I recommend this veterinarian because the nurses who are there really love the little animals. And when you go through a loss like that, they are compassionate because they understand that they are part of your family, not just pets. And the veterinarian is also good, his prices are more affordable for his services. My Máximo was a puppy loved by his family.”
“We took our 12 week Golden Retriever puppy to County Line to see Dr Lee. What a great Vet! Our appointment was on time, kind and courteous, and an overall great experience. Dr Lee looked over Zack carefully, and helped us (as new puppy owners) feel confident and at ease with all our questions. i.e. vaccine schedules, puppy biting, feeding, and upcoming visits. The field of veterinary care is so challenging... and County Line Vets do it so well. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“Took my fur baby here to get spayed. They have you come to an appt for a consultation so the vet can meet your dog. I came to the appt and they had a same day cancellation, so they were able to spay her that day! It was amazing and worked out so well. I paid $20 extra for their laser treatment so help her heal faster and I swear she was healed pretty much within a few days! I don't think she even needed the medication I bought for her to come home with. This place is a nice small neighborhood animal hospital and top notch! Thank you for your services for my Coco.”

“From Hawai’i, and traveling to get my dog dental surgery and cleaning. It was significantly cheaper to do it mainland than on island. Staff was so kind and informative, doctor Cruz was so helpful, knowledgeable and took so much care and consideration for my pet!

“If you want to properly check your dog's health, go to this place. We don't regret taking our child to see this teacher. Still, we decided to take comfort in the fact that we did what we could. Sir, General fell into a deep sleep with a smiling face on Monday morning. My heart aches even more because he was smiling until the end. We would like to thank you so much for explaining it to us in an easy-to-understand manner. This is an additional review. I am very touched and grateful for the handwriting and heart of each and every card that was sent to General. Thank you for your hard work doing the inspection for the general. Thank you again.”
“I loved this clinic staffing are great but the bad side of this clinic though they dont put a note by the door if their open or not.Sometimes I have to go and drive to check if their open because you end up calling almost half a day not knowing their closed.Hopefully they fix that.”

“I took our Cat Foxy here because she got attacked by a raccoon or possum and had a bad wound on her leg which got infected. The staff and doctor were so attentive to Foxy. Unfortunately we had to put our Sweet Foxy to sleep. The staff and doctors were so sweet, respectful to Foxy as well as to our family. I would recommend taking your animals here they will take very good care of them. Thank you to the Doctor and Staff.”
“I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.”

“Very impressed with the pet centered care here. Came in for a second opinion for my dog’s paw infection. And instead of a quick 5min look and suggesting toe amputation and mass removal, they were able to detail pre -surgical assessment blood work and X-rays to determine best action for my 14yr old dog. Dr. Suh is very considerate, honest and patient with her explanations for determining soft tissue or toe amputation surgery. I highly recommend a consultation with them before surgery.”
“I spoke to Dr. Cruz via text and he was able to give me an upfront estimate of my dog's mass removal. I appreciate that he was responsive and honest with me. He seems genuinely invested in his patients care and not profit because not once did he try to push for us to do additional tests (we previously experienced this at another vet). Their pricing is also affordable as well. Staff was kind as well, and all seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. I felt like we were leaving our dog in good hands and they proved this to be correct.”

“The vet and staff were so wonderful here, my cat is like 18 years old and I was so scared when he had a really bad eye infection. His normal vet said it take a month to see him, but this vet saw him right away and fixed him right up. They helped so much!!! Thank you guys, you are the best! “The doctors are great here. We have been going to them 15 years and I feel like they have added years to the lives of my dogs. I had two labs live to be 18 and 17 when both diagnosed with bad forms of cancer. I think the kindest thing they ever did was to do surgery on a little poodle we found that was a mess. Tumor covering her lower body they examined her and said it is not pretty but we can remove it! No promises made but were straight with us that if they did not think they could save they would tell us. They did the surgery and we had a new dog that gave us joy for five more years. The last thing is they are also very compassionate when it is time to say goodbye even when you don't want to. All this makes them the best vet combo ever.”
“their prices are better and affordable than VCA prices. I compared here to san gabrjel VCA and we'll I truly feel lile the doctor DOES HIS JOB! During the check Ups he's very professional and not afraid of my aggressive dog. He genuinely checks my dogs body during the check up. unlike others vets they just pet my dog and say good boy and not really check. But rosemeads doctors actually check what's wrong or unhealthy. Medication they give me a good amount for reasonable prices and give my dog just what he needs unlike the other san gabriel vca. (that vet always offers a bunch of medications and random ointments that I've unfortunately bought and he didn't need) Meanwhile here I spend around 250 for 2 dogs, including medication, check up, and SHOTS. San gabriel vca charged me almost 700 just for a check up and medication. I'm always coming back here when I try a different vet because they genuinely care for my pet, and my pockets.”
