“When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

“Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration. This store actually helped me! Thank you!”

“Went to 7-11 on Olive and Victory for free slurpees on July 11th w/ our kids around 10am only to be told they don't start giving slurpees till 11am till 7pm. Thought that was odd since they are not called 11-7, so we went to another 7-11 on 843 West Glenoaks Blvd and they welcomed us w/ a big friendly smile and pointed to where we could get the cups. We ended up getting slurpees and hotdogs and the kids where super happy! Just wanted to share the quality of service we received. Will not be going spending my money at the one on Olive and Victory. Would gladly go the extra mile for friendly service that wants our business!”

“This has been my go-to neighborhood store for the last 20 years. Employees have always been great and friendly to me. Honestly this is the only 7-11 I would shop at in Glendale. All the others don't care about mask mandates or keeping clean. This location from the beginning in 2020 has done their best to stay clean and hygienic.”

Without any hesitations they gave us great information on upgrades great deals and great customer service. They were patient and had GREAT ATTITUDES!! “Easy as Apple pie!Apple - The Americana at Brand has a beautiful layout with huge large windows overlooking other store, shops, patrons and things to enjoy at this open air mall experience.There is rarely a long wait for service and usually still a great amount of room to walk about and enjoy the classics as well as the latest in Apple software, computers and various devices. Apple at Brand is located toward the back half of the Americana near the parking structure entrance/exit a few feet away from the Cheesecake Factory and directly by the pond and grassy area.I've been an apple user for my personal and professional laptops, desktops and pads, though not an iphone user. You can purchase whatever is in stock online for pickup, drop off devices for care as well as shop in-store as well as by appointment.Genius bar requires appointments, but you can make these in the store as well... Just expect a bit more of a wait.Open everyday until 9PM and as early as 10AM every day of the week (except Sundays at 11AM).”

“Out of all the Targets In LA, this one has the best environment. The customers are polite and the staff are pretty solid. It does get confusing that it's two stories and if you forget something, you'd have to go up and down the escalator, but overall my favorite one in the area.Came here to review specifically because a cashier was so exceptionally nice to me today. Her name was Rubi, and she was so efficient and kind she bagged my goods for me (I've noticed people don't do that anymore but RUBI DID!) and she was the perfect amount of conversation without trying too hard.”
