“Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration. This store actually helped me! Thank you!”

“I switched from ATT to Medallion, or shall I say I ran away from ATT and Medallion rescued me. There were some billing issues with ATT, we provided the correct info to ATT, but it took them forever to process it. When I called ATT customer service, I was given the runaround and put on hold for hours. I called up Medallion based on Yelp reviews, it has been night (ATT) and day (Medallion). Medallion is local, offers great service with competitive pricing. I have been happy with Medallion since I made the switch in summer of 2019.”

“I recently had AT&T for my high speed wireless internet, for the last 2 years, and I have never had a problem. They have been great, easy to use, no issues at all. I recommend them for wireless in Glendale area. Sadly, they do not service my new neighborhood.”
