Our packing team showed up on time and energetic. Knocked it all out so efficiently! Willie called prior to move day and stayed in touch throughout the 900 mile trip. He had onsite loaders and unloaders. Both teams were excellent. Chuck, Josh, Jeff and Macias went above and beyond. Taking great care of our belongings and being helpful in placement of furniture throughout our new home. CHIPMAN was awesome! I had done a lot of research into moving companies prior to hiring them. Some of the stories out there are pretty bad with a lot of shady operations. Not with these folks! I would absolutely recommend CHIPMAN for your next move!”

The area is very clean and secure. There are always a manager on site to help and answer questions. I had an issue with a delivery trucking into my storage, the manager on site went far and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved. I highly recommend this location. A+ for customer service.”

Ample lighting, security cameras, and top of fence deterrents , and remote controlled access help to really secure the premises and protect your property. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I come back year, after year for my RV storage needs. “My experience has been good. No issues when they delivered the bin. The driver was careful and friendly. No issues when they picked up the bin. I was loaded a couple of days early and the came right out to pick up. I need to access the bin to swap out a few items and they were very accommodating. The bin was out when I arrived. I had left my key at home and was worried that I was going to have to go back to get it. They verified my identity and got me in to the bin - that was awesome. The folks in the phone have been very helpful as well. When we needed to change the drop off day and time the were super helpful and made things work. In term of price for a long distance move they are cheaper than renting a truck and driving. Probably the only negative is the inability to do muck via their website”

“I wanted to give a four star just because she wasn't big enough to bring all of our stuff and we use the largest show they had we could've went with another company but we move forward with this company they were very reliable very responsive communicated all the time always had a text my one recommendation is to use boxes instead of tubs I thought I was doing good by saving time and money using tubs cause I could reuse them for storage but I didn't utilize the space didn't maximize the space like square boxes would have. I really like the fact that I had the key to the facility and I stuck a AirTag in a box and was able to keep track of where it was. We moved from Orange County to Idaho. The movers were great they wrapped up dressers tables etc. so that things wouldn't get dinged up. They said we had to provide the wrap in the tape but they came with full supplies and didn't need to use much of my own that I had purchased. They assembled our beds kitchen table and other things that needed put back together. The crew was very nice. Handed our belongings with Care I would definitely use them again.”
