The place was very nice and neat and clean.The employees that helped me were very friendly and organized and quickly got me through the paperwork and helped find me the perfect size unit I needed without any hassle. Their prices were average but fair. I was in and out of the office and already loading my new storage unit within probably 20 mins. And I was quite pleased with their hours of operation. Open early and close late. (5am-10pm) makes it very convenient. And having a public restroom is a plus. Would recommend... 5-out-of-5☆'s”

“I went in recently to check on my unit and add some items from our house and noticed I didn't have my key. Juan helped me open the unit up but before that found me a better unit based on my immediate needs (ended up saving me 100.00 per month). When I transferred to a smaller unit we noticed there had been some damage to the unit due to vermin.Juan and his manager Manny stepped up and helped me complete a claim form.After not hearing from the adjuster for about a month I called back in and Michael assisted me (he was brand new but stepped up!)The team was diligent getting my claim processed and items replaces . They will have my business long term!”

“While the inside of the storage units isn’t the best quality, the staff certainly is. Oris and John are really nice, and incredibly helpful. They give great service! The prices are fair (especially for what you’re getting), and they’re so willing to work with you. Very caring and friendly. Having codes and locks for all doors and gates helps me feel safe and secure with my belongings (which are of great sentimental value) being left there. Having an app is pretty cool and handy, too.”

“I had to get a weight certification to register my F150 in CA, I'm not using it as a commercial vehicle, but it's the policy for all trucks. So I searched YELP for a location and called before I went. The personnel at O'Neil were great, I noticed a sign about the military and thanked them for recognizing our military personnel. He then asked if I was affiliated with the military, I told him indeed that my husband is a veteran after 21 years of service. I was very thankful for his response of graciousness and deeply sincere gratitude to us and ALL service members. He stated that the scales are often used by military personnel and he offers a great appreciation gift in return, just show your military ID and see what is offered, I was very surprised and thankful!”

“Spectrum Wine to the rescue!!! I contacted Spectrum this morning because our wine cellar cooling unit is failing and needs to replaced which will take a few weeks. In the meantime, we needed to move our wine somewhere safe, fast, before we leave on a long trip in a few days. I found Spectrum through an online search, and one short phone call later Trish confirmed a same-day appointment to have our wine packed up, transported, and stored until our cellar is functioning again. They provided all of the boxes and packing materials, and were in and out with our 250 bottles within an hour. Trish kept us updated throughout the process, and we feel comfortable knowing our collection is safe for as long as we need it stored. Simply amazing customer service--thank you, Spectrum!”

Well maintained facilities.Online experience attempts to be quick and easy but if you run into problems and you're pretty sure you're filling out everything correctly, but it won't let you continue, save yourself some time and go in person.Sometimes you have to respond to a text before you can move on, even though there's no notice about that.Also, do the initial walkthrough with an employee. Sometimes the software has glitches but the employees can solve it quickly.The hours kinda suck, but I got an ok deal online and the location is currently good for me.”

“I called Southcoast Storage yesterday in search of a temporary small unit. I am currently a tenant with a large unit. I asked Dave if he had anything available close to my existing unit? He checked, and said he had something relatively close. As I was just down the street, I headed right over. He was waiting at the ready for me. He locked the office, and to my delight promptly showed me a 10X10 just 2 units away from my current unit. This is EXACTLY what I needed! Despite what Dave described as a slow running computer, he managed to get me squared away in about 20 minutes! He introduced himself as the new manager and was very enthusiastic and professional throughout the entire process. So major kudos to Dave! Top notch all the way!”
