“I have had bad experiences with storage units in the past, and this is not one of them! 50% off the first month was a promotion for a 7.5 x 10 unit, and it was honored. Sonya went over paperwork quickly yet thoroughly, gave me a tour, and showed me the unit before confirming any paperwork. Free lock with (not two) three keys if you leave a Yelp review, which I super appreciated!! Cameras recording, not just monitoring/surveilling, and door alarms to keep track of any unauthorized access. And the facility is clean and has convenient access hours (6am - 10pm i think?) for those of us who work the dreaded 8-5. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Easy, efficient, secure, affordable, so I’m a happy customer.”

“What a seamless process. Everything was done online within a matter of minutes. The mobile app is a great feature as it lets you manage your rental, make payments and conveniently allows you to use NFC to key into the facility or to manually key in your access code. The unit was clean and had the lock waiting for me inside the unit. Extremely well designed. The only drawback was that the listing said it would be a first floor unit, but the only available unit in the size I needed was on the second floor. This facility will even offers you optional 24-hour access to your unit if you need it for an upcharge. I am not personally aware of any other storage facility that has that feature.”

“Veronica (site manager) always picks up the phone! It is refreshing to not only always have someone answer the phone, but also to kindly answer all questions and make the process so simple. Once I had checked in - very easy - I backed into my spot only to learn my trailer hitch had fused with the ball! It took nearly an hour, but Art (site specialist) helped me break (without harming car/trailer) my vehicle free from the trailer with a fork lift! Anywhere else, this would have cost me a whole day. Without Art's help and insight I would have been forced to drive to a repair shop and would have been charged a small fortune. This facility was exactly what I was looking for; boasting some of the very best and most knowledgable staff you could hope for.”

“FIRST-RATE from CA to NEVADA This is my fourth move with La Habra Relocations. I had confidence that this out of state relocation would be a success, as well. TOUCHDOWN!! Marguerite, Mary Ann, Ozzie and his team took the fEAr OUT of moving for me. Estimate: From the start, Marguerite, put my anxiety to rest. Her cost estimate and time schedule were clear and "on the nose". No horrific surprises ... Packing: Swift and professional. Jackie's hands moved like lightning through my kitchen. Not one piece of crystal, fine china, nor a bone china doll was broken. (Nor chipped) Even my boots were wrapped and boxed. Loading: On time again. Care and concern for my "precious cargo" Driving: Mary Ann kept me aware of projected arrival and delivery, so I could coordinate my flight plans. Unloading/Delivery: There they are--on time. Set up my bed, placed numbered boxes and furniture in appropriate rooms. NOTHING was missing, broken, chipped--NADA. Meaningful antiques made the journey safely, as well as, a delicate glass modern table. (SEE photo) Great job AGAIN! You are THE VERY BEST ...”

“I really like this storage facility. The manager Cecilia is awesome and has great customer service and is extremely friendly and has a great personality! I accidentally lost track of time while packing some of my stuff in storage and didn’t realize that it was closing time and so I quickly put my stuff back into my storage unit and went back to the car. Cecilia was very nice about it and was understanding when I explained to her how my stuff had fallen from the inside of my storage down to the ground from me accidentally stacking it wrong and therefore made me have to pick everything up and re-stack it and put it all away, otherwise I would’ve been out of there way sooner. I suggest anyone that is looking for a storage unit to rent come and check this place out because they are affordable and have great customer service and will help you get a unit that will fit your needs and also are understanding to unexpected life situations that sometime occur. “I’m giving them 5 stars BECAUSE the lumper for a full trailer was only $100ANDthey had me completely done&out of there in less than 45 minutes on July 4.I pulled in and blind-side backed into the dock.There were 3 empty side-by-side docks so it really wasn’t that hard.Yes,it’s tight but it’s really no different than some truck stops.Actually easier as long as there enough empty docks.It’s not a big place so it’s not like there getting loads all day like SYSCO or a Walmart DC.You CAN do it-just be patient and take your time.”
