“The owners of this establishment are humbled, hard working, well deserving of prosperity and success and some of the kindest, empathic and giving people I have ever met. Because of this family, whom has welcomed me as a tenant proved themselves genuinely good people, I was able to concentrate on my recovery during the pandemic without the fear of discharging from a 8+ month hospital stay in critical care to nothing. All the important things, not necessarily expensive, but priceless atill I acquired over 60 years stayed safe and protected and right where I left them. Sometimes, because I an now disabled as a result of an unforgiving illness, I have a financial setback and still they work with me. Staying current is now a motivation for me to not get comfortable or take advantage of these folks goodness. I'm very grateful. Thank you, Noel and to your wonderful family.”

“Did most of the pick up process the night before on my phone so I just went to pick up the keys basically. Was in and out in like 5 minutes. Dropping off the truck can also be done all through your phone as well. Nothing negative to say about this place.”

“Ismael and his team were extremely professional, friendly and helpful! They arrived on time, and warmly greeted me. They moved us from our current office location, to our new space. All of our items and furniture were handled with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They set up materials to ensure that the floors in both offices were not damaged, and they asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture to be placed in our new office. “The best part of OCRV Storage is their conscientiousness. We had changed our plans for storage twice, and the billing could have gotten very confused. It didn't. We were so pleased to see the refund show up electronically in our account. Other storage companies we had used in the past have antiquated systems for invoicing and payment. That can become an issue when you're on the road and can't always mail a check. OCRV Storage allows online payments and is a very tech savvy company making the whole process easy. Communicating on the phone rather than having to walk into an office to make arrangements was very helpful as well. Their lot is easily accessible for people in the OC. We stay at Newport Dunes RV Resort in Newport Beach for months at a time and the location of OCRV Storage is perfect for us. The lot is very well-kept and I was happy to see that we had NO ants as we had from other places we had stored our rig. The system of calling to pick up your RV works flawlessly and I'm so happy we found them.”

“Yes tight spot to back in if you not a good driver.I was in and out in about 11/2 the lady at guard shack was friendly so was the oriental gentleman inside where you check in.People you gotta give respect to earn respect .For those of you young drivers that want the case and eat it too .Trucking is not for you guys find another job .Trucking has no room to babysit you guys find another job this is Trucking industry 9 out of ten if you pull a reefer .You want something fast go to Flat beds I did flatbed for 15 yrs I love it .Ooh I'm sorry you don't like to tarp oh let's get you in a tanker ohh sorry you don't like to clean milk tankers.Well grind another job Cry Babies I'm sorry you can't drive a manual omg get the f out of Trucking”
