The video move estimate coordinated by Brian was easy to complete. Becky handled things from there including some beds that needed 3rd party set up. Andre the driver was professional as were his crews in Dallas and Huntington Beach. I appreciate Chipman's effeorts to make this move seamless.”
“I have been renting a space for the past 11 years from Gardrn Grove Secure Storage facility. I had to close my old space and rent a new smaller space at the same facility and the lady manager, Her name is Genesis was exceptionally helpful, professional, and excellent. I was there last weekend and I left my phone number with her and I asked I ask her to please call me when a smaller space becomes available. She called me this morning and informed me that A smaller unit is available now , l made an appointment with her for this afternoon. She was very nice. She showed me the space twice, and she helped me with my own old space which had a broken door. She left it and helped me. She called the other manager to come and help as well. The other manager name Adrian was very helpful and very nice too . I really appreciate All their help. They are extremely professional in the storage space rental industries.”

Ample lighting, security cameras, and top of fence deterrents , and remote controlled access help to really secure the premises and protect your property. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and patient. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I come back year, after year for my RV storage needs. I highly recommend giving Stephanie, and the rest of the staff a chance to help you with your storage needs.”
