They provided quality service when I had my car towed to get my rear glass removed on my 87 monte carlo aerocoupe. Everyone provided a great customer experience. “Sam was able to fix my windshield crack that was about 10 inches long in an hour just like he said he would be done. I was able to get my car back the same day which was also helpful. Insurance quoted me over $1000 while Sam charged me not even half of that price. Overall, I would really recommend him as he is able to get you in and out same day.”

“I went this morning to have an estimation and assuming perhaps they could start working on my windshield that got a crack on it as a walk-in customer, front door was closed so I decided to call and they're open and they scheduled me for an appointment this afternoon same day and what I like most Mr.Sam and I guess his father are so nice and friendly and the cost they had given me for the replacement of my Subaru Outback windshield was affordable and they worked so fast.I would definitely recommend the Good Auto Glass plus they give lifetime warranty.Thank you for your wonderful and excellent service Mr.Sam and other staff.”

I moved to HB four years ago and since then I’ve been ripped off by two other businesses because I was frantic and didn’t know any better at the time. One stop has an honest crew who do quality work for good prices. I recommend them anytime I hear someone say the need work done on their car.”
“Overall experience was excellent. And of course, the fix/repair that was performed on our CRV was perfect.The initial assessment was quick but thorough, explained what's to be done and possible options that i can go through.On the actual repair, they were pretty spot on the estimated time when i dropped off the car and got status updates (albeit from automated system) on the progress.Pick up was great once the repair was done. I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. And had I known that they've got partnership with Enterprise - on-site pick up/drop off. I would have rented with them.”
“This is my second time utilizing the services of Rhod at Color Creation Bumper Repair, and both times I have come away absolutely amazed at the result. I don't know how he manages to blend his paint in perfectly with the surrounding undamaged panel, but his methods work wonders (at a fraction of a price of most body shops). If you want a professional touch up on a bumper without losing an arm and a leg financially to get it, I seriously don't think you could do much better than Color Creation. Thanks Rhod!”

“JD and Edgar are awesome. When I bought my car the previous owner had the windshield replaced at Safelite and it was terrible. Here are the problems with the Safelite install: they used non-OEM glass which made the plastic trim for my lane sensing unit hang out of place, they didn't calibrate my lane sensors when they installed them, and they bent the tabs on my rear view mirror causing it to barely be held in place. When I called Safelite they fought with me about getting the issues corrected. Before I could get Safelite to fix it, a rock took out the windshield and that's when I found 911. They were able to get me new factory glass covered by insurance along with a new rear view mirror and trim. Now my car is back to factory fit and finish. They also did a great job calibrating my sensors. This is the only place to take you car if you want a quality windshield replacement.Thanks again guys!”
“I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

“I received a prompt response to my inquiry about replacing a mini van windshield with a very reasonable quote and a same day appt time! WOW! The two workers that arrived were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional, completing the replacement in approximately 45 minutes. Upon completion, the 2 workers cleaned the windshield and the interior and exterior window surround making it cleaner than when they arrived. I was initially a little hesitant about using a small company without a major branding but I would not hesitate to contact this company again! Thank-you for a job well done!”
