I had to change the dates a couple times due to our place wasn't ready yet & I dealt with Tiffany who was outstanding & made the process VERY smooth & stress free! “Needed a jump start on my car today and got Armstrong towing through my Mercury insurance. I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . When I called dispatch to get an Eta , I got through right away and the dispatcher was kind and informative. Anthony , my tow guy , was very friendly and courteous. He was professional and got the job done asap.I would recommend this company based on my experience today . Great Job ?.”

“Honestly i never write reviews, but this was a must. My car got towed away (i have issues with the property manager) which led me to this place. After reading the reviews i was worried about how i was even gonna get my car back. I got there, talked to the man behind a very tiny slot. Guy was very kind, especially Nathan. Super helpful. I saw the reviews on how it says they are super rude, but I get these guys. You come with attitude i dont see no wrong if they treat you with attitude. Treat others how you want to be treated. Didnt have a hard time at all. Reason why i give it 4 stars is because my front lip on the front bumper of my car was broken. Bummed out about that but understandable since my car is lowered. Happy with the custumer service, and I wouldnt mind if I got my car towed by them and i have to pick it up at their lot.”
