“Scheduled appointment makes it real quick and easy. Arrive 5 mins before appointment time. Check in and wait to be called. Phlebotomists are friendly.Please do not come for walk in, it’s just a waste of time, as they attend walk in only if there is a cancellation ( which is almost never)”

“Ms. Angie Tsui works here alone, but she is attentive & very professional. I have been coming to this lab for about 8 years and I like it very much. Sometimes it's super busy & crowded, but most time it's a very short wait & fast service. Angie is great!!”
“I’ve been here with family before - it was busy but from personal experience, once you make an appointment online and follow the instructions there’s no issues whatsoever. Chris helped me today and he made the process smooth. Calm and steady, I felt comfortable. I am not sure why there are many negative reviews, most of them are unrealistic expectations.
Keep in mind: you have the ability to make an appointment online though in person, there may not be a customer service representative.”

“Had to us their urgentcare services.Sliced my finger,not to the point of needing major surgery. A few stiches, cleaning and splint. And on my way with in an hour. Went back to get stiches out. 1 hr. Quick and to the point of service”

“The attention of the staff and the speed in taking the samples and delivering the results seemed fascinating to me. I am registered with MyChart and a couple of hours later I already had my results. It has plenty of parking space and good accessibility.

“Came in a little close to closing time (3:30pm walk-in) but the phlebotomist was nice enough to see me and take my sample. Friendly, understanding, and quick! No wait time either (on a Friday afternoon). Didn’t catch her name but she is of Asian background.”
“I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews—I'm so glad I didn’t read them beforehand, or I might have been too nervous to go. I’ve been to this place at least five times now, and each visit has been a positive experience. I must have been lucky to encounter such kind and empathetic receptionists—they truly set a welcoming tone right from the start. The technicians were professional and, in most cases, excellent at both finding veins and offering reassurance, even when dealing with my child who was anxious to get a blood draw for the first time. Their patience and encouragement made all the difference. Based on my repeated visits, I feel confident recommending this place.”
