“Ok, I had gone for more than 10 years searching for a blood lab that actually not crowded, not long line to wait (worst when you're fasting), and most important of all is the technician can find my vein and get some blood out at their first try, not 2nd or 3rd poke. I guess my luck came finally when I was refer to this Muir Lab. It was amazing that i was the only one there at the time, 7:30am, they open at 7am M-F. Well, after 2 minutes of paper works, i was in the chair. My heart started pounding because I recently been through a surgery and it wasn't pleasant with all the needle and poking. The technician, Karina, nicely asked me which arm I prefer (I mean others would not even let me chose when one arm was badly bruise, let alone asking). I told her that I have been through 3 labs recently but they were unable to draw my blood so it was up to her to chose. She just tied up my right arm and said ok lets try. I closed my eyes and stop breathing :-) and when she said "I think you will have to come back here" gosh I just thought she couldn't do it, but then she continue "because we found it". Next thing i looked down she has already pull out her needle. I was like "when did you poke me" and felt all embarrassed because I did not even feel the needle. For what I've been through, this lab deserve a 10 stars, not just 5 ;-)”

Staff (Scott Murphy) was very helpful and friendly. Overall a quick and great experience. I was out within 20 mins- this included paying, having the lab completed, and filling out paperwork.”
