I've only used one of their tools, but setting up an appointment is a breeze. Once I request a booking, Irene or Sumanth usually gets back to me within a few hours. If something comes up, they always let me know right away and give me alternative options. Irene and Sumanth are both very knowledgeable and constantly offering suggestions to get better data. As a whole, Nanolab takes security seriously, requiring several ID swipes to get into certain rooms. I highly recommend Nanolab for all your analytical needs!”

“this lab corp has really bad reviews so i don't want to offset you. but if you come across the older asian lady lab worker on a slow day, she will take care of you. today i was a walk in and she could've easily told me off due to my lack of appointment but i told her how i needed this test for school and she told me she was not busy. i was able to get my drug test finished and she really made my day.”

“This building is pretty confusing, and the equipment is very old. I have never used a bent tablet to check in a hospital until today. The accent of the front dest staff is really hard to understand. But the nurse is extremely skilled and experienced at blood work. The whole process is so quick and smooth. I believe this is the most important thing, above all the hardwares.”

“I had an appointment at Tiburcio Vasquez to do a blood test with Quest Diagnostics. I was really dreading this due to the fact that I know my veins are tiny and hard to get. The technician Rachel worked with me very well & did not stick me a hundred times. She was able to get the test that I so needed. Give that woman a raise she is friendly and efficient.? Most of all she didn't give up and tell me to leave ??? ...?”

“I came here for fingerprinting only. Made an appointment for 2:00, at 1:30 (they had availability quickly at this time of day). I was a little worried based on some reviews and the outside of the building made it look closed. But I walked in and was greeted by a lovely woman who went over the top to take care of my needs and work with the employer to take care of billing for the fingerprinting. It was quick, easy, and reliable. Highly recommend for fingerprinting!”

“This is the best emergency room I've been to in my life. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews . The registration clerk, nurses and doctors are so compassionate. I've never gone to a hospital where I felt so well taken care of. I came here this morning and the lobby was absolutely empty. Everyone was so nice and treated me so well. There was a zero minute wait time. Walked in, saw the trusty nurse and proceeded to registering then went straight to the back. Super quick and efficient. I don't like hospitals but the people here were really personable, helpful and responded so well for a medical crisis. Thank you Saint Rose ER staff!!!”

“I went to Quest for the first time today, 12/26, and I was presently surprised. I had seen some negative reviews but my experience was different. There is no receptionist at the site, so people must do "self-check-in". I arrived 10 minutes early and was able to figure out things. Some people looked annoyed because their 7:30 am appointment was not called yet, but I can see how the times can vary. Each person has a different lab request. I assume some tests take longer than usual. I was scheduled for an 8:00 am test and was done by 8:20. There were no issues or hassles. I found Quest to be issue to use and easy to locate.”
