I stopped by to get a phone that couldn't get activated with a rep over the phone. Had to go in and karla which is a wonderful person helped me out and mind you she had 3 other people she was working with all at the same time. She was amazing. Definitely a multi tasker

The people at 611 did not help me, I had to come to the fontana store and they helped me very quickly. They should train the customer service people better at 1800.
