“This store is such a gem. Its operated by a husband / wife team who have been working on their business for a long time. The husband is a great guy, a very kind man who offered us a lot of tips on the correct way to use and care for the products we bought. I came for a particular stone, he gave me one for free when I declined due to the price. He was super cool.I would have given 5 stars, but, the wife. She was throwing some super negative vibes at us.They are very reasonable in their pricing and knowledgeable of the products and their uses. They had a lot of beautiful products, it was hard to decide on which to buy. We bought a lot of gifts there. They put the names and uses of their products on them, which was really awesome!Their store is located in Old Town Folsom, which is buried in a bunch history with all the historical buildings to prove it. You're walking into a real town from the old west when you visit old town Folsom.”

“Levi's Outlet Store is almost in every outlet mall I have shopped before. Some are more prominent, some older. This one in Folsom Premium Outputs is one of the Levi's Outlet Stores I like. The size of this store is not the biggest. But the store is well organized, and the salespersons here are more attentive. It has the same items as all the Levi's Outlet Stores carried. But the store layout is better. I can find the jeans or jackets I am looking for much easier in this store. The prices are slightly lower than the retail and development stores. But it is the exact items you can get at the retail stores. I love shopping in this store. It is less crowded here compared to the other store.”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

I wish that the selection of clothing was a little bit younger, but it may cater to an older crowd. The overall prices are decent, and I'm sure you could find a thing or two here, I was looking for clothes and couldn't really find much, but I'll be back!”

“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”

“I'm in love!! On our Girls Day Out, we headed straight to Chicos in the Folsom Outlet Mall. Shopping at Chicos was an experience. The highlight was the personal care we received. The ladies made suggestions, gave honest opinions, and helped coordinate outfits. It was FUN! The next day, I wanted to return one item and pick up a few more. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. “It has been nearly three years since I lasted stopped into this Chico's boutique. I stepped on in a few days ago to shop for a Mother's Day gift. This is my mom's favorite clothier. Anyway, the customer service was quite different from my last visit. It was top notch. The associates were welcoming and helpful without being overly intrusive. Super cool group of ladies. The store was tidy and the clothes were beautifully displayed. This particular location has a limited selection of petite sizes in store at the moment. They have more inventory online. For newbies, Chico's is a chain of women's clothing stores. The stores are small boutiques that carry clothes and accessories. The clothes are made of quality material. Most of the clothes are wash n wear but look like dry clean only. Price points are on the higher end, but they do have the frequent sales and clearance racks. Plus do not freak out when you see their sizing. They have their own size chart. I call it the " feel good size" chart. Sizes range from 000-4. Chico's size 000 is XS -size 0, 00 is S- size 2... all the way to Chico's 4 is XXL - size 22. They are located in the Folsom Palladio Center. They are on the corner across the street from the Barnes & Noble bookstore.”

I needed to get my blouse altered and they had it done in 24hrs at no extra charge! Shikha not only helped me find the appropriate sari but recommended appropriate accessories. “This store always has a ton of sales. Their clearance racks are always awesome too. You can get shirts for under five bucks! Occasionally they have trouble stocking a variety of sizes. There have been times where there's only super small sizes or a bunch of large sizes. Quality of the shirt is not always the greatest but you do get your moneys worth.”

“The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”
