“I absolutely LOVE this store! I have bought several pairs of shoes through the years but recently I had a small problem with a pair of the Divine shoes. No big deal just the foot pad was lifting a bit so I went in with the shoes even though I had worn them a bit the problem still existed so they totally took care of me and I purchased another pair as well. The two sales people that helped me, Mickela and Maddie were very professional, thoughtful, patient and showed amazing customer service! “I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. That said, the young man who did the work on my bike went above and beyond.”

“Sam at this Sketchers location deserves many kudos. He went over and above to find a shoe that solves several of my feet issues for active walking exercise. My podiatrist recommended a rocker shoe that would prevent me big toe metatarsal from bending. Because of a few other issues, buying a shoe online was not an option for me. Initially, I asked the Sketchers store clerk if they had rockers. They do not carry pure “rockers” anymore, so he consulted Sam about other options. Sam had an incredible knowledge about their products and knew of a shoe that they don’t currently stock. Because of his in-depth product knowledge, he found a shoe with a comparable fit, then arranged for the perfect shoe to be shipped to my house. These shoes are amazing. Sam is also very pleasant and resourceful at finding solutions. I can’t thank Sam enough for his extra effort.”

They have a huge selection of men, women, and every kid's sports items. The price is better than the retail store. The check-out counter in this store has many windows available. “I have a pair of motorcycle rain boots that had its heel destroyed.The other Cobbler down the street said it was impossible to repair. Coming from Los Angeles where I had an amazing cobbler, it was odd to have one say something was impossible because cobblers are magicians to me.So I tried this shop instead. Leon is very straight forward and blunt, but that said, that's what you need in someone fixing your beloved shoes...He did such an amazing job matching the old heel that I now have a new magician to visit when my nice shoes/boots go bad.Thank again Leon!”

“yo this review is fo matthews mattresses. we was too scared of matthew, gorgis as he is, to post it there so we thought we would tell his neighbors and see if they wanna tell matthew. ANywas the mattresses were so comfortable!! I was able to jump between them throughout the entire store and then take a nap and nobody gave a $%@! Anyways after i made my selections, I got rang up at the cash register by an extremely handsome fellow named Matthew. I could hardly focus on taking the money out of my pocket cuz I was so focused on the chizled jawline of matthew and those sparkling blue eyes of his. after a couple minutes of staring at him I managed to fumble a couple dollars out of my pocket and give it to him. I was so nervous that I wasn't able to respond to his "have a nice day" oh that angelic voice! anyway mattress worked great. put it outside my homie's prison window and he landed with no bones broke. 10/10”
