“Had a 2010 Prius with completely bad hybrid battery ? and had thought about where to go to service or repair it for a decent price and honest service and glad I kept William in mind this guy is awesome n knowledgeable with what he does and knows he also helped out my uncle and his Prius that he just bought with lights on the dash board ⚠️ and was super Honest and straight forward with the problems and issues I'm very pleased and happy to have gone thru him and so was my uncle if we ever have any issues or problems Will is our guy id highly recommend his work cannot be more pleased with how he took care of us thanks William! ??”

“I was very happy with this company, both quality work and service. I was T-Boned on the drivers side in my 1940 Ford Tudor. The top of my car was a little chopped and so Roy and Shannon had to find a new door, cut it down to fit, glass was shattered, needed new, dashboard was all scratched from impact, needed new powder coating, front driver fender was dented and scratched badly, hood tweaked, back hatchback tweaked, and door popper was totalled. This company repaired and/or replaced everything perfectly. Paint was matched and new hinges, etc, etc...
My 40 Ford looked as good as before the accident! I strongly recommend this company for all your auto repairs and body work.
As for the gentleman that left a review concerning his serpentine belt and tensioner, I have always replaced a tensioner when a serpentine belt is so old that it breaks. It tells you that a lot of miles was put on the tensioner as well as the belt and it's much harder to change the tensioner after the new belt is on. So I'm not sure I would have blamed this company for wanting to change the tensioner when he changed the belt. Just my opinion.

“I had a slow leak in one tire. I showed up with no appointment and Mr Tire found the nail and patched the tire in 15 minutes. The cost was $15. It's been a week and the tire is holding air properly.”

“Not sure why the low stars. Took my 68' ford in for a transmission leak at rear seal and pan. Fixed in under two days at a less expensive rate than anywhere else. Quality workmanship, great customer service. Always answered the phone when I called and gave updates as requested. Flexible scheduling.”
“I've taken 2 cars here so far and I'm always impressed. I just had a battery and brake issue and couldn't find a mechanic available on short notice (everyone either didn't answer their phone or had to wait 1 week for an appt). I called village smog at 11 am and couldn't believe they were willing to take a look today and even promised to have it done by 5pm. When I informed them i had to pick up a kid from school at 3pm and it was hard to find someone to pick them up for me, they said it would be done by then and it was! Picked my car around 2pm. They had not only tested my battery (and printed a test receipt showing actual voltage of my battery), replaced both brakes and resurfaced my rotors, Tenoch explained why my brakes were making a loud screeching noise (some emergency tab they come with letting you know to replace them). I never knew this and most mechanics don't explain things at all. I have to say the best thing about this place is the amazing communication and respectful mechanic (some can just be so rude and unwilling to explain anything) so it's always a pleasure to speak to Tenoch about any issue I am having. Another bonus is that they are right next to Hearth cafe and I get to enjoy a latte and read a book while I wait (or I can walk home if it takes longer). They don't try to rip you off because one time I had a power steering leak after a different place repaired it, and I was told to take my back to where I had it repaired last time in case that part was under warranty or the original mechanic was willing to redo the work. The best thing is that they are usually available the same day even though they are always busy.”

“I took my two boys camping in fallbrook today. Unfortunately in the middle of the day when we were getting some food and water from the store my van over heated. I was completely stuck. I had two cranky toddlers in a hot van with my gear all set up at the campsite and we were over an hour away from home. I looked up the closest mechanic, and they were all closed except one. They closed at 6 at it was 5:40 I called and explained my situation and they said come right down and they will try and help. This shop stay open an extra 40 minutes to help me and my boys get back home safely. They didn’t even charge me for labor. I highly recommend this small family owned shop. Please support these people who are compassionate to others.”

“PRO-TIRE is truly a Hidden Gem. Yesterday My wife and I drove our car through Soapy Joe's car wash and they broke off our valve stem. All the tire shops in town were busy but PRO-TIRE took time to see what they could do. It ended up having to take the car to the dealership but they told us the tire had to be replaced. The rim was damaged by Soapy Joes so I wanted the dealer to look at it. I would definitely come here in the future. They are honest and fair. Thank you.”
