I was driving up north from SD and a my Jeep randomly popped up with a check engine light and told me to stop and the vehicle would shut off!!I found the nearest shop to stop at which happened to be integrity automotive. Even though I didn't call and the shop looked busy they took the time to help me out! Apparently the shop who installed my battery did it incorrectly and left loose bolts. They were super fast and the owner was super kind. I left feeling amazing and thankful there are still genuine places out there. If I lived anywhere in the area this would become my go to shop. “My mom has happily used AA for many years, then today, as I was traveling thru town, my change oil light came on...I brought it to Brent who was kind enough to work me in on a busy Friday when I told him I still had 400 miles to go on my trip...while doing the oil, they noticed a coolant leak & discovered a crack in the hose...they sent someone over to the local Chevy dealership to get the part for me & get me back on the road in no time at all (if they hadn't noticed this, my trip thru the desert to Yuma & back to Lake Havasu would have ended up with me on the side of the road in the crazy desert heat)! “My 1990 Cadillac Brougham started to smoke at about 200,000 miles. Ras was recommended to me by another repair shop. Ras predicted that that 3 hot cylinders furthest from the radiator coolant would show signs of valve wear and oil deposits. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work, so I turned him loose to start the repair. Sure enough, the predicted 3 cylinders showed valve stem wear and burnt oil deposits. Since the valve repair work, I have had zero smoke and noticeably more power from my engine. The Cadi is Freeway worthy now, passes the SMOG tests and I expect to drive it for many more years without worry. Ras did a great job and he has earned my trust and future business.”
