“Our Santa Fe was towed to the Hyundai dealership in Temecula where they told us that it needed all fuel injectors plus the fuel pump replaced. Hyundai quoted us $4k for the repairs so we started calling around locally to get quotes as well. I connected with Chris and he immediately questioned the amount of extensive (and as we found out unnecessary) work that we were told was needed. Over the phone, he took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue and how he'd troubleshoot it for us. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get the work done with him since he was booked up, but it was totally worth the wait. He is in demand for good reason!I also had my sister call him since she was having electrical issues with her car and he referred her to another shop that better specialized in that area. We were overall just really impressed with how he does business and would definitely recommend his shop to anyone.”

I knew the dealer book called for over 3.5 hrs labor @ $250 ($850+) but actually takes less than 2hrs... Here $225!! WOW- this great!!When we called they were very nice. “Had some used mufflers I wanted installed on my Mustang. Went to Frank’s early Monday morning he gave me a great deal less than half the price i was quoted at Heras auto shop. Frank Asked me my name and shook my hand like a friendly gentleman and was very pleasant and humorous. It took them only about four hours to complete what I know it was a very hard job due to the fact that my mufflers had different size diameter tubing than the rest of the system and my car had some previous damage in the rear. even though it was a lot more work than he had anticipated, he stayed true to his quote. WTB has earned a customer for life.”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”
