We looked for a local tire shop to avoid chain shop service and found Olive Tire Shop. “I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service these gentleman here provide. I got 4 new tires and they showed me a major issue (and dangerous one too) that the last mechanic I let work on my car left me. I had a stud on each wheel that broke off because the lug nuts were extremely over tightened (the careless last mechanic) to the point the next time someone goes to take off my tire, they would snap right off. Luckily it didn't happen while driving as well! They identified, worked on, problem fixed! I couldn't be happier. I'm cruising around comfortably mechanically and mentally now. From the wonderful customer service at the front desk, Niu & Gabriel, to the incredible mechanics behind the scenes Tobias & Eric, I am so grateful I came to you guys and just want to say thank you. I called him on my way to his shop and even though they are open half day on fridays and by appointment only, I told Jesse the issue with my car and he said he could still take a look. “Took my truck into here twice, once just to check the alignment, was told it was within specs and was not needed, I again took the truck in about a month later with an electric issue. They checked my electrical system and alternator and called me to let me know the system was working. I asked them to repeat a task I did while driving which seemed to cause the warning light to go on...they did, and found AND fixed the problem.. A mechanic named Chris is great, he's honest, forward, listens patiently to your words and does a great job. I've found the owners and employees to be honest, caring and their prices are reasonable. I can say that I've finally found an auto repair shop I trust and pleasant to be around. Kind of hard to find, it's a little out of the way, but family owned and honest people. 5 stars”
