Staples customer service is second to none. I say this because each time I am there, I feel my presence is acknowledged in a way that makes me feel respected and valued.

Decent store with good customer service. I just found out you are letting go of the tech guy! Keep him! He patiently fixed my photos and did a good job of taking passport photos!
P.S. Or give him time until he finds a new job!
