“I ordered a poster from this shop online and the shipping was incredibly fast. I live quite close to their location (one hour away) so from the time I ordered to the time of delivery, I believe it was less than 24 hours.The poster I ordered was rolled and not framed, so there was some damage to the poster that might have occurred during shipping as the shipping box had some denting to it.When the shop asked for feedback on the order and I showed them photos of the poster with creasing/damage, they immediately offered to re-process the order and replace the damaged merchandise without me even asking.I haven’t received the replacement yet as I just communicated with them today, however, I would already rate this business five stars. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I hope they realize how much their courtesy and responsiveness is appreciated.I will definitely be a repeat customer. ?”

“This location has never disappointed me. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff. They really encourage the patrons to get the staples app for all the deals and savings. So glad they have the easy drop off for Amazon and UPS. Ample parking, clean organized store. Store was pretty stocked on all the ink cartridges I needed and other office supplies.”
