She was very nice and considerate. She has wonderful Interpersonal skills, very patient and her communication and understanding was perfect. “I had a FedEx return to send off and was able to drop off my box at this site. All you had to do was ring the doorbell and let them know that you were dropping off a package. I had already print out my label and stuffing to my box so it was ready. All the other FedEx to go places close early so this was perfect.”

Home Desperate refused to accept the delivery of stuff ordered from their web site, so I was about to be in a pinch. The UPS customer service guy was able to get the parts set aside so I could pick them up the night after the delivery was refused, saving me a huge hassle.”

So glad they have the easy drop off for Amazon and UPS. Ample parking, clean organized store. Store was pretty stocked on all the ink cartridges I needed and other office supplies.”
