“Took a Ford Maverick in for a spray in bed liner and couldn't be more pleased. Dave was informative and very easy to work with. The installation was outstanding. The Maverick bed has many tie down hooks, storage areas, and electrical outlets. All screws and items were removed, including from the tailgate, to avoid overspray and replaced after the job was complete. The bed also has many pre-drilled holes for adding additional attachments. All those were plugged before spraying so they can be accessed after the install. The finished job was as good as you can get. Absolutely smooth and even. No sign of any over spray, bubbles or thin areas. The bed floor by the tailgate was completely covered as well ad the tailgate. No chance of any scratching while moving things in and out. And extra coverage on the inner portion of the bed where the tailgate meets when closed. A very professional job. You can tell they take their time to do it right. And you can get it done in one day.”

“I went to Dick's Muffler Shop to have the rear mufflers removed to make my Dodge Challenger sound a little bit more beefy. The rate was very reasonable. However, it created an annoying drone while driving on the freeway. I went back to have the mufflers put back on, which Rich still had, and replaced them back onto the car. When it was time to pay he did something that only few people on this earth can or would do. He made it so affordable! Let's put it this way, he looked out for me and for his generosity I will always be grateful and always do business with him in the future and highly recommend his service! Good work, affordable and a classy guy!!!”

He went out in the rain and put the oil in my car. Even apologized for having to charge me for a funnel. Said if it was my mom I'd want the to help her and not have her in the rain.”

“we recently had to have our truck bumper painted from being scratched. We chose Preferred Auto Body and Custom because they are local and a small shop. When I took the truck for an estimate I was welcomed by the owners and the receptionist. Everyone was professional, welcoming and knowledgable. They took our truck in that same week and we had it back very quickly. The work they did was wonderful. The bumper looked as it did brand new. shortly after I noticed more imperfections on the other side of the bumper and they took care of the other side well after the original work. They are professional, take great care of your vehicle and their customer service is top notch. Will certainly return if ever need any other work done. Best in town and the area.”

“After very poor service from Hanna at Auto Zone on 1440 W. Texas St. in Fairfield, CA, we left and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on 1800 W. Texas St. where the employees Gio and Alexis gave excellent customer service and even installed the correct windshield wipers. The reason the one windshield wiper we just recently purchased from Auto Zone went flying off after little use was because Auto Zone sold us the wrong type of wipers and obviously didn't install them properly.”
